One Transmitter Remote Control 4 Devices Actutated by 24 V and 240V Version

Question from customer:

Whether we can get the receivers with different voltage versions? For example 2 piece of 24 volt and 2 piece of 240 volt.

Answer:

Yes, it is possible. We recommend those two kinds of receivers—for 24V version, it is 24V DC input receiver (S2UB-DC24). For 240V version, it is 100V~240V input receiver (S2U-AC220). Both of them have two relays on the PCB. So there are four channels totally for your devices. They can pair up with long range transmitter (CB-4).

It can control lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors/locks/windows/blinds/cars or other appliances with voltage AC 110~240V or DC 0~28V. Owing to normally open& closed contact, you should add additional power supply to your devices besides your receivers. But you can do as following wiring method to save power supply adaptors. Wire devices (lamps) to B terminals of each relay, using wires to connect devices to output terminals of each receiver. For dc input receiver, we supply dc 24v power; for ac input receiver, we supply ac 240v power.

circuit

There are toggle, momentary, latched and momentary+toggle modes. You want to remote control 4 devices, so you’d better choose toggle or momentary mode or toggle+momentary mode.

Setting control mode Toggle: Only connect Jumper-2.

WIFI Controller and Mobile Phone Remote Control Linear Actuator

A linear actuator is an actuator which creates motion in straight line and applied in machine tools, industry, valves, disk driver, dentist’s chair… Maybe, it will be used at home, such as massage chair, electric sky lights, truck… Have you ever thought that you can use mobile phone to remote control your linear actuator motor in WIFI network? Absolutely you can do it with help of our mobile phone WIFI controller. Also we have linear actuator. We will show you how to realize that remote controlling procedure. Here is the material we should prepare.

1×WIFI controller (WF-8-1R)

1×mobile phone

1×12VDC Linear Actuator Motor

1×9VDC 1A Power Adapter (for WIFI controller)

1×12VDC 3A Power Adapter (for linear actuator )

Wires

The WIFI controller is normally open/ closed contact. The wiring is like this.

A, B terminals are normally closed; B, C terminals are normally closed. Two wires of linear actuator are wired to common terminals B of relay 1 and relay 2 respectively. C terminals are supposed to wire to positive pole of power adaptor. B terminals are supposed to wire to negative pole of power adaptor.

After switching on power, the first LED is on. This is the power LED. Waiting for a while, we connect mobile phone WiFi when the WIFI start-up LED shines (the second LED). After a while, WiFi connection status LED shines when the WiFi connection is successful. We press control software icon which is installed in the mobile phone in advance to enter operated status. And press the “connect” from the top right corner.

How to Substitute Remote Controller for DPDT Switch to Control AC Motor

A DPDT switch has six connections, but since polarity reversal is very common usage of DPDT switches. DPDT switch can be wired to motor to realize positive and reversal rotation. Recently, we develop a kind of 4 channel wireless remote controller kit (S4PA-AC220+CV-4-2) which aims at replace DPDT switch to remote control other appliances, lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors / locks / windows / blinds / cars…

The following video will show you how to substitute remote controller kit for DPDT switch.

How to Remote Control Portable Generator

Portable engine generators are used widely to supply electrical power in places where power is not dependable or available, or where power is needed only temporarily. Portable engine generators are sometimes used to supply power at construction sites. When we come across power failure, portable engine generator can supply power to appliances temporarily. To use engine generator more conveniently, have you ever thought remote controlling portable engine generator? Recently, one of our customers is looking for a remote control for a portable generator which basically has 2 circuits to operate. The first circuit is the run/stop circuit and operates on toggle, the second is the starter circuit and operates on momentary.

portable generator

We recommend the 2 channel ac multi-mode remote control kit (S2U-AC220 & C-2).

This kind of receiver is multi-mode, including toggle, momentary, latched, momentary+toggle mode. You can set one channel operated on toggle, another channel operated on momentary. 10 amps for each channel is the maximum working current. When receiver works with transmitter (C-2), its working distance can reach 100m (300ft).

remote-controller-our-automation

The kit works in toggle, momentary, latched and momentary+toggle modes. You can set momentary+toggle mode according to you need.

Setting control mode Momentary + Toggle: Connect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.

Control mode Momentary (Channel 1): Press and hold -> On; Release -> Off.

Press and hold button 1: Turn on relay 1 (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)

Release button 1: Turn off relay 1 (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)

Control mode Toggle (Channel 2): Press -> On; Press again -> Off.

Press button 2: Turn on relay 2 (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)

Press button 2 again: Turn off relay 2 (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)

So your wiring must like this.

Time Delay Remote controller Activates Hot Water Recirculation Pump

Question from customer:

“I would like to control my hot water recirculation pump via remote control with time delay. I would like one receiver unit that can provide 4 different time delays (i.e. #1 1 minute, #2 2 minutes, #3 for 3 minutes, #4 for 4 minutes) via 4 different transmitters. Do you have such a product?”

Answer:

We think that you may need two time adjustable ac receivers and a 4-button transmitter (S2DA-AC220&C-4). The receiver is relay output (normally open and normally closed). Power supply for the receiver and the water pump are different. They can turn off automatically after the delay time(0 seconds ~ 99 hours), this RF wireless remote control switch system should be a good choice for you to control your all kinds of DC 0-28V or AC110 ~ 240V electrical appliances at home!

our automation-time delay remote control

You can wire 4 pumps to 4 different relays of two receivers respectively.

wiring-diagram-for-hot-water-recirculation-pump-1

wiring-diagram-for-hot-water-recirculation-pump-2

Press buttons of “+” and “-” on the timer from two receivers, adjust delay time from 0 second to 99 hours. Two buttons of Timer 1 adjust delay time of relay 1; two buttons of Timer 2 adjust delay time of relay 2. “H” is Hour, “M” is Minute, and “S” is Second. For example, if you set “1 0 M 0 3” on Timer, it means the delay time on Timer 1 is 3 minutes; the delay time on Timer 2 is 10 minutes.

Set relay 1 for 1 minute; relay 2 for 2 minutes; relay 3 for 3 minutes; relay 4 for 4 minutes.

So for the first receiver, you can set “02M01”; for the second receiver, you can set “04M03”.

And press button 1 turn on, pump 1.

Press button 2 turn on, pump 2.

Press button 3 turn on, pump 3.

Press button 4 turn on, pump 4.

After preset delay time, they will turn off automatically. If you want to turn off pump immediately, you can press button again for each pump to turn off them at once.
