Inverse Motor Controller for AC Motor

This kind of inversion momentary motor controller (S1FM-AC220 & CV-2-2) features in controlling ac motor of rolling blinds/ doors, window cover, projection screens, awnings, water pump, winches, conveyors or other appliances and mechanicals. It can always keep motor running in positive or reversal position if pressing and holding button ▲ or ▼ on remote or receiver. If you release the button, motor will stop. Its transmission distance is about 500m/1500ft theoretically.

At first, we connect live wire to terminal “L” and neutral wire to terminal “N”. Then connect AC motor to terminals “UP”, “COMMOM” and “DOWN”. You can exchange “UP” and “DOWN” wires of motor to change the rotating direction of motor. Add power supply to receiver.

Press and hold button ▲ on remote or receiver: Terminals UP and COMMOM directly output AC110V / AC220V; motor rotates continuously in positive direction.

Release button ▲ on remote or receiver: Stop the motor.

2 Channel Time-Delay Remote Controller Controls Pool Rolling Shutter Open and Close

You can see the wiring diagram. AC motor is supposed to connect to common terminal B. Live wire is connected to normally open terminals C. And neutral wire is connected to AC motor.

Here comes to operation

At first, we set delay time 8 seconds for relay 1 and 10 seconds for relay 2. Then switch on power.

Press button 1, the motor rotates continuously in the positive direction.

If we want to interrupt the rotation, we can press button 3, the motor stops rotating immediately.

Press button 2, motor rotates continuously in the reverse direction.

If we want to interrupt the reverse rotation, press button 4, the motor stops right away.

Time Delay Mode

Press button 1, the motor positive rotation will last 8 seconds which is set in advance, then stops rotating.

Press button 2, the motor reverse rotation will last 10 seconds which is preset, then stops rotating.

Switch on the power of WIFI controller. Wait until power led, ready led and link led turn on. So the Wi-Fi network is connected. After wireless network connection, press the icon of WIFI Controller software to turn it.

Set up working mode for each channel of relay. Four working modes Toggle, Momentary, Latching and Time Delay are provided.

Set up Momentary control mode: Press the “M” icon of any channel. Choose M (Toggle) control mode.
