Wireless Wall-Mounted Switch Remote Control Kit for AC Lamp

We made a remote control kit which consists of a wall-mounted switch and a remote receiver (S1X-AC220&HR-1).

wall-mounted switch and receiver

When we use ordinary switch to switch home appliances off and on, we should do some wiring for home appliances, some time it is very complicated and time- consuming. Our RF wireless wall mounted switch looks like universal switch from appearance, but it is wireless and operate by RF signal that can pass through walls, floors and doors. It is can be simply affix to any place you want by double faced adhesive tape.

wall-mounted switch

Through RF signal, you don’t have to wire between switch and appliances. Wall-mounted switch works with remote receiver to remote control ac lamp.

Here is the wiring diagram.

wiring diagram

Wire ac lamp to OUTPUT of receiver. And add power supply to receiver. This kind of receiver is designed for AC output terminals so that lamp can get power from output terminals of receiver directly.

Setting different control modes (We usually set toggle for lamp controlling.)

Setting control mode Toggle: Only connect Jumper-2.

Press button: Turn on the relay, terminal OUT outputs AC power, turn on lamp.

Press button again: Turn off the relay, terminal OUT no output, turn off lamp.

1 Channel RF Remote Controller Switch AC Lamp Off/On

This is the one-to-many series remote controller. The 1 channel rf receiver is normally open &closed contact, you can wire lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors / locks / windows / blinds / cars or other appliances with AC 110~240V or DC 0~28V. The transmitter is 12-button and its transmitter is 500m/1500ft. That transmitter can remote control 12 lamps at most when it pairs up with 12 receivers. Here you will see an example to remote control one ac lamp with this kind of remote controller.

Normally Open /Closed Wiring Method

In a switch where the contacts remain in one state unless actuated, the contacts can either be normally open (abbreviated “n.o.” or “no“) until closed by operation of the switch, or normally closed (“n.c.” or “nc“) and opened by the switch action. Our remote receiver can be grouped into two types according to its current output modes. They are normally open/closed switch connection or current direct output connection (Controlled device can get power from powered receiver directly).

Recently, one customer sent a picture of “Normally Open/Closed Receiver Connecting to an AC Lamp” to us to ask whether it is correct or not.

wrong connection

Unfortunately, it is a wrong wiring. Please see a red cross to the lamp wiring from the following picture. This red cross points out the wrong wiring. AC lamp should not wire to the normally open terminals of receiver because there is no current through them which are only equivalent to a switch.

wrong connection Copy

The correct wiring is as follow. This is the 1 channel normally open/ closed ac receiver (S1U-AC220) wiring. AC lamp is connected to normally open terminals B&C. And add a wire between terminals B&N and another wire to terminals C&L. At last, wire a plug to terminals L&N. Then, we finish the wiring.

Integrated Smartphone Wi-Fi Controller for AC Lamp

Many people use iOS system launched by Apple Inc because it is fashionable, easy to use, and convenient. It is also applied for other apple devices such as iPod Touch, iPad other than iPhone. And Wi-Fi is Wireless Local Area Network which is easier to get access to network to surf. Most Smartphones can get access to network through Wi-Fi. Now we integrate Wi-Fi networking and device with iOS system to develop a brand new product, Smartphone Wi-Fi Controller.

002

It works under Wi-Fi connection. With 8-channel high-current output (30amp), you can wire at least 8 devices to it. With external antenna for longer range, the theatrical working distance is 2000M (6000ft) in the open air. Actually, we design this controller for 2 Smartphone working systems— 4.6 ~ 6.1 version iOS and 2.1 ~ 4.0 version Android systems. We will illustrate the iOS system controlling lamp here. It must work on the jailbroken iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch. Where there is Wi-Fi networking, there is this Wi-Fi controller. It Applied in modern agriculture field, smart home, instruments, equipment controlling. Wi-Fi remote control lights, motors, fan, electric doors / windows, aircraft, remote cars, remote toys, rolling blinds, pumps, winches, or other electrical devices with voltage AC110~240V or DC0~28V.

Let’s see the procedure. We have Wi-Fi controller, AC lamp, iPod, power adaptor.

30amp Output Cell phone Wi-Fi Controller for AC Lamp

Wi-Fi is a sort of short-area wireless networking, which is available in home or other public places, such as canteens, shopping malls, parks, theatres, cinemas. It can allow computers, Smartphones and other gadgets to access to internet without a wired connection. Our product is combined Smartphone with remote receiver via Wi-Fi networking to make Smartphone Wi-Fi Controller.

002

This kind of Wi-Fi controller is 30amp high current and ac or dc voltage direct output, that is to say, you don’t need to connect the controlled devices to its own power source. They will get through this receiver. It supports 2.1~4.0 version Android Software system and 4.6~6.1 version iOS software system. Here, we will show you how to use this Wi-Fi controller control AC lamp under Android system.

Let’s go through the procedure. Here is the material.
