High Power Remote Controller Switch Off/On Motor of Children’s Tractor

Overview:

I’m looking for a High power remote controller to switch on/off the power to my children’s “John Deere ground force” 12v tractor if necessary. According to the specifications on the tractors the motors are 330watt and are driven by 12v battery. 330/12=27.5 amps. So I guess I need a 30amp controller.

Solution:        

We recommend the model of 1 channel 30amp 12V remote controller (S1PU-DC12&C-2). Its maximum current output is 30amp. It is suitable for appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V because of its normally open & closed relay contact. There are 3 working modes in it. The transmitting distance is about 100m (300ft). It is enough for you.

Wire tractor’s motor to “A” terminal and negative terminal of receiver. Use a wire to connect “B” terminal and positive terminal of receiver. And wire positive and negative terminal to 12 power supply.

Setting control mode Latched: Disconnect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.

Control mode Latched: Press -> On, other relays Off; Press another button -> Off.

Press button 1: Turn on the tractor motor, the tractor moves.

Press button 2: Turn off the tractor motor, the tractor stops.

The 1 channel rf receiver is normally open &closed contact, you can wire lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors / locks / windows / blinds / cars or other appliances with AC 110~240V or DC 0~28V. 120V Winch Motor is Controlled Remotely by Inversion Motor Controller with Time Delay Function

We are looking for a 120vac powered remote control for winch. We need 1 motor control 120vac with ability to stop when limit switch reached. Also like delay for start direction of ac motor.

Forward &Reverse Motor controller is 110V~220V power actuated, which also enjoys time delay function and limit switch. It focuses on capability of motor forward-reverse-stop. Wiring procedure:

Connect the live wire to the “L”, and the zero wire to the “N”. Connect AC motor to the “OUT” and the zero wire. You can exchange output wires of motor to change the rotating direction of motor.

Operation:

Press button ▲: Light 1 shines, motor rotates in the positive direction, and it will stop after a certain delay time.

Press button ▼: Light 2 shines, motor rotates in the reversal direction, and it will stop after a certain delay time.

The delay time of positive / reverse rotation can be adjusted from 10 to 60 seconds. Turn R1/R2 clockwise, prolong the delay time. Turn R1/R2 anti-clockwise, shorten the delay time. When you press button ▲ or button ▼, the motor starts to rotate; It will stop after the delay time is expired.

When the rotation is overdone, if switch S1 or S2 is activated, the motor will stop automatically.

After press button ▲, you must press button ■ to stop the motor firstly, and then press button ▼.

If you pull out the Jumper of the receiver, you can press directly button ▼ after press button ▲.

30A High Power Remote Switch for Fireplace Chimney Fan

I’m looking for solution to remotely control fireplace chimney fan on roof of hi-rise building. Desired range would by over 150- 300ft. Fan is 110v, around 2A. Power source would be on roof and antenna would be on roof.

Answer:

1 channel 30A long range remote switch (S1PX-AC220-ANT2&CB-2) is very suitable for you. With 30A current and AC100~240V voltage direct output, you don’t have to provide additional power supply to controlled fireplace chimney fan because it can get power from powered receiver. The receiver is installed a external extend magnetic antenna, it will help receiver to amplify RF signal reception so that its working distance can reach 2000m(6000ft) outdoor. It is applied to hi-rise building and long range between two buildings. The transmitter enhances its transmitting function to match this kind of receiver.

The wiring procedure is simple. Look at the following picture. Wire fan’s motor to L&N terminals of receiver. Supply 110v to receiver.

There are toggle, momentary, latched modes in it. Among three modes, we suggest you to use latched mode (Do not connect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.)

Press big button: Turn on the fireplace chimney fan.

Universal Latched Remote Controller for 6V LED Light

One customer said he would like to install 6V led lamp into the trunk of his car and wants to control it by remote controller. He is wondering if it can come true because he wants to use LED lamp to illuminate with use of 6V battery.

We recommend him 1 channel 6V latched remote control kit (S1L-DC06+C-2).

This kind of remote control kit is activated by 6V power supply. So he doesn’t have to supply additional power for led lamp because led lamp will get power from powered receiver as long as you wire lamp to the receiver. With latched mode, he can press button 1 of transmitter to turn on led lamp and press button 2 of transmitter to turn off led lamp. If he wants to set on / off function respectively, it is better choice. It has normally open and closed contact. It controls various lights, fans or motors with voltage AC110~240V or DC0~28V. Of course, if he wants to remote control alternate current device, he needs to do some different wiring from direct current device.

Here is the wiring procedure of 6V led lamp which shares the same battery with receiver. The red wire from the lamp is connected to the C terminal of the receiver and black wire from the lamp is connected to the negative electrode of the power supply. The positive wire of the supply power is connected to B terminal and positive electrode of the receiver. The negative electrode of the power supply of power supply and receiver are connected together.
