High Power Remote Controller Switch Off/On Motor of Children’s Tractor

Overview:

I’m looking for a High power remote controller to switch on/off the power to my children’s “John Deere ground force” 12v tractor if necessary. According to the specifications on the tractors the motors are 330watt and are driven by 12v battery. 330/12=27.5 amps. So I guess I need a 30amp controller.

We recommend the model of 1 channel 30amp 12V remote controller (S1PU-DC12&C-2). Its maximum current output is 30amp. It is suitable for appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V because of its normally open & closed relay contact. There are 3 working modes in it. The transmitting distance is about 100m (300ft). It is enough for you.

You can see its wiring diagram. We suggest that you should learn this wiring way. That will be much convenient to you.

Wire tractor’s motor to “A” terminal and negative terminal of receiver. Use a wire to connect “B” terminal and positive terminal of receiver. And wire positive and negative terminal to 12 power supply.

Setting control mode Latched: Disconnect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.

Control mode Latched: Press -> On, other relays Off; Press another button -> Off.

Press button 1: Turn on the tractor motor, the tractor moves.

Press button 2: Turn off the tractor motor, the tractor stops.

High amp Load Receiver and Wall-mounted Rocker Switch for Pump

Overview:

I want to remote control my submersible pump which draws water every day. It is 30amps and runs 220V power supply. Can you get the single channel remote control kit 30a ac 110V/220v with a wall mount remote control switch?

Solution:

We suggest that you can use 110V/220V power output high amp load receiver (S1PX-AC220) & wall mounted rocker switch. The receiver circuit is designed for high capacity device (30amps). It is 110V/220V power output, you don’t have to add additional power supply for your submersible pump which is to be controlled. You can only wire submersible pump to receiver “OUTPUT” terminals. When power for receiver is on, submersible pump will work. And when high amp load receiver works the wall mounted rocker switch, their working distance can reach 500m (theoretical data in the open field). You can use screws to install rocker switch to the wall.

Wire submersible pump to the L&N contact terminal of receiver, and power receiver on. Install rocker switch on the wall.

Heavy Duty DC Motor Remote Switch with Manual Switch and Limit Switch Function

Heavy duty dc motor controller features remote control, manual switch and limit switch function. It is capable of controlling DC motors of rolling blinds / doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, winches, conveyors or other appliances and mechanicals with voltage DC12V / 24V. Motor can be rotated in positive or reversal direction with the transmitter (remote control) or manual switch on the receiver or limit switch from any place within a reliable distance; the wireless signal can pass through walls, floors and doors.

We will try to show you the demonstration of this motor controller. First of all we prepare RF receiver, transmitter, dc motor, 12V adaptor, and jumper.

According to the wiring diagram, we connect the motor to the “OUTPUT” terminal on the receiver and connect 12V adaptor to “INPUT” terminal.

At first, we try to control motor with manual switch. Setting control mode Momentary: Do not connect Jumper.

Press and hold button S3 on receiver: motor rotates in positive direction. Release button: motor stops.

Press and hold button S1 on receiver: motor rotates in reversal direction. Release button: motor stops.

Second, we try to use transmitter to control motor. We use another working mode “Latched’ Mode. Setting control mode Latched: Connect Jumper (CN1).

Press button ▲ on remote: motor rotates in positive direction.

Press button ■ on remote: motor stops.

Press button ▼ on remote: motor rotates in reversal direction.

Press button ■ on remote: motor stops.

Third, we control motor with limit switch. When rotation is overdone, we use limit switch to stop motor rotation. We start the motor positive rotation firstly. Connect SG2 and COM(short circuit of limit switch SG2), motor stops rotating. Disconnect SG2 and COM, motor rotates in positive direction again.

Press button ▼ on remote: motor rotates in reversal direction. Connect SG1 and COM(short circuit of limit switch SG1), motor stops rotating. Disconnect SG1 and COM, motor rotates in reversal direction again.
