Boat Bridge is Controlled by Remote Controlled Electric Hoist

Question from customer:

“I’d like to order a 220v electric hoist to raise and down a bridge boat with a remote control. The ascent and descent should be done when someone is still pressing the remote control button, as there is no stop. What would you like me the most suitable product? Thank you in advance.”

electric hoist

Answer:

We recommend the ac 100V~240V momentary motor controlling model (S1FM-AC220 & CV-2-2). It is specially designed for motor controlling because two relays are inserted inside. One relay is used for motor rotating towards “UP”. Another relay is used for motor rotating towards “DOWN”. There are “UP”, “COM” and “DOWN” contacts from output terminal. This kit can controls motor of rolling blinds, doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, conveyors other appliances and mechanicals. The transmitting distance is usually about 500m in the open air.

motor controller

Wiring:

Connect live wire to terminal “L” and neutral wire to terminal “N”. Then connect AC electric hoist motor to terminals “UP”, “COM” and ‘DOWN”. You can exchange “UP” and “DOWN” wires of motor to change rotating direction of motor.

wiring

Operation:

There are three buttons on the receiver for motor up and down. But button ■ on the receiver is useless.

Press and hold button ▲ on remote or receiver: Terminals UP and COMMON directly output AC110V / AC220V; electric hoist motor rotates continuously in positive direction.

Release button ▲ on remote or receiver: Stop the electric hoist motor.

Press and hold button ▼ on remote or receiver: Terminals DOWN and COMMON directly output AC110V / AC220V; electric hoist motor rotates continuously in reversal direction.

Release button ▼ on remote or receiver: Stop the electric hoist motor.

1000m DC 5~28V Triggered RF Transmitter with External Input Wires

Question from customer:

I would like to use a 12v DC electric current to tell a remote to send a signal to the receiver. Do you have any remote transmitters that accept a current instead of requiring a button to be pressed?

Answer:

We recommend the DC 5~28V triggered transmitter (CB-2V). With external input wires, your dc12V electric current can be input transmitter CB-2V. Transmitter can be triggered at once and transmits an rf signal “ON”. When stop inputting DC power, the transmitter is triggered and then transmits an rf signal “OFF”. So this remote control transmitter can accept a current instead of requiring a button to be pressed. Its transmission distance is about 1000m/3000ft theoretically.

low current triggered transmitter

You can add a rocker switch between transmitter and its power supply. (the following picture shows)

current triggered

And you can make this transmitter work with a receiver. (Just like picture shown). When transmitter transmits “ON” signal, the lamp is on; When transmitter transmits “OFF” signal, the lamp is off.

315Mhz/ 433Mhz DC Motor Controllers Control Lawn Mower Motors

Question from customer:

“I received the item— 2 channel motor controller( S2PF-DC12+1CV-6-2) and installed it yesterday on my remote control lawn mower that I have made. Per the instructions for momentary control, I can get 1 motor to work at a time, either motor but only one and only in forward. I then changed, per your instructions for latch and each motor will go forward if started with remote, #1 and then #2 both will run forward only, but they cannot be controlled to go in the direction that I choose. Neither motor will reverse in any mode. I have to be able to control each motor independent of each other so I can drive the mower right and left to go the direction I want. Please advise!”

lawn-mower

Answer:

You chose the 2 channel motor controller. Although the controller has two relays for two motor, two relays will work in the same mode. That is to say, your two motors only work in momentary mode or latched mode for one time. We recommend two sets of 1 channel dc motor controllers (S1PF-DC12+1CV-4-2), which is only 30amps output and 500m/1500ft transmission distance. It controls DC motors of rolling blinds / doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, winches, conveyors or other appliances and mechanicals with voltage DC12V / 24V. There are two transmission frequencies, 315Mhz /433Mhz for this controller. You can install one controller set in 315Mhz to one motor, and install another controller set in 433Mhz to another motor, so that you can control each motor independent of each other. Each motor can be controlled by its only transmitter. It won’t generate any interference each other.

Setting control mode Latched: Do not connect Jumper-1 (CN1) or Jumper-2 (CN2)

Press button ▲: motor rotates in positive direction

Press button ■: motor stops

Press button ▼: motor rotates in reversal direction

Press button ■: motor stops

Setting control mode Momentary: Only connect Jumper-1 (CN1)

Press and hold button ▲: motor rotates in positive direction

Release button: motor stops

Press and hold button ▼: motor rotates in reversal direction

Release button: motor stops

Each receiver has two controlling modes, so you can set receiver 1 for latched mode and receiver 2 for momentary or set receiver 1 for momentary mode and receiver 2 for latched mode.

How to Remote Control 15 Electric Devices with One Transmitter

We recommend this kit-1 Transmitter & 15 Receivers (15S1UB-AC220 & CP-15). It can be applied in controlling lighting, motors, fans, electrically operated doors / locks / windows / blinds / cars or other electric devices with AC 110~240V or DC 0~28V. Its transmission distance is about 500m/1500ft. It has toggle, momentary and latched working modes. You can connect or disconnect jumper to the receiver to switch those working modes. This kit includes 15 receivers and 1 transmitter, so you can connect 15 electric devices to 15 receivers and control electric devices with only one transmitter.

We’d like to show how to remote control ac, dc lamps or ac motor.

The contact of relay of each receiver is normally open/ closed. So you need to wire dc lamp to normally open contact B&C and supply DC 12V power to lamp. When you want to remote control ac motors or lamps, you can wire them to receivers as mentioned above. But ac motor and lamps can share the same power supply if you wire as the right picture shown.

One Receiver and 4 Transmitters Remote Control 4 Lamps

One of our customers wants a simple wireless remote operate 4 led lamps from several room at his house. He needs 4 transmitters and a receiver which can be mounted in a designated place. The remote must work from receiver about 50m away and not line of sight through doors and walls.

We suggest him choose dc 4 channel remote control system (S4C-DC12& 4C-1). Maximum working current is 5amp each relay. Working distance of remote and receiver set is about 100m (300ft) in open field. This 4CH 6V9V/12V/24V wireless remote switch operates in toggle, momentary, latched, toggle + momentary control mode (set the mode as you like freely). Easy to install and operate. Just press slightly the button on the remote, you can control universal DC/AC electrical devices. The RF signal can pass through walls, doors and other barriers. As he said, we will set 4 transmitters and this receiver with same 8-bits code in advance so that they can work together.
