2000M Long Range Remote Controlling

Question from customer:

I want to install a set of wireless remote controls, include 8 transmitters in 8 different places (max. 500 m) and one receiver in a specific location. The transmitter transmits a wireless signal to control a closed contact.

Answer:

We recommend 2000m long range toggle remote control (S1T-DC12-ANT2+CB-1). According to your requirement, you can choose 8 transmitters (CB-1) to work with the receiver. There are normally open/closed contacts in it which are able to connect device activated by DC 0~28V or AC110~240V. With external extended antenna, its working distance has reached 2000M in the open field. You can use 8 transmitters to remote control receiver from different directions.

This kind of remote control is activated by DC12 power supply. Toggle Mode is the only working mode of it. Here is the wiring diagram. Initial state: A, B = Normally Closed; B, C = Normally Open. Wire your device to normally closed contact A&B terminals. If you do this, your device is turned on always, that is to say, your device will on work all the time.

When you press button on the transmitter (connect B and C, disconnect A and B), turn off device; When you press button again (disconnect B and C, connect A and B), turn on device.

100M 2CH Toggle Remote Control 2 AC Lamps

When you want to remote control one more AC devices, you may think about 2 channel remote receiver. This kind of toggle 2 channel remote switch (S2T-AC110~240V + C-1) may be suitable for you. It is activated by AC110V~240V power supply. The maximum current output is 3 ampere. The Coding type of receiver is learning code. You can remote control any electric devices within 100M(No obstacles).

Look at the following wiring diagram (1). We try to introduce 2 lamps controlling of this kind. First, we connect the neutral wire to the terminal “1”, and the live wire to the terminal “2”. Second, we connect the lamp 1 to the terminal “5” and the neutral wire. Third, we continue to connect the lamp 2 to the terminal “4” and the neutral wire.

Toggle mode is the only working mode of this remote. So we can do the following operation. 1) Press button 1, turn on the lamp 1; Press button 1 again, turn off the lamp 1. 2) Press button 2, turn on the lamp 2; Press button 2 again, turn off the lamp 2.

You can remote control any AC electric appliances other than lamps. It is very convenient to you because you don’t have to supply any power to controlled appliances which will get power from powered receiver.

12V Remote Control for 12V and 9V Motor Simultaneously

Question from customer:

I want to run a 12V dc winch that uses a car battery for power. I also want to run a small 9 volt dc motor. And small motor is powered by small calculation power supply. I wonder if there the remote controller which can be used for those two motor which need two different voltages to supply.

Answer:

This 2CH normally open/closed contact remote control kit (S2U-DC12+C-2) is very suitable for you. It operates in toggle, momentary, latched and toggle+momentary mode (set the mode as you like freely). You can use it to complete two operations at the same time. So it can control 12V and 9V motors in the meantime.

It is normally open/closed contact which is suitable for AC110~240V or DC0~28V. Two different devices can be connected to the remote control kit. Here is the wiring diagram. A&B terminals is normally closed, B&C terminals is normally open. We usually connect motors to normally open terminals. So 2 motors are connected to B&C terminals of relay 1 and relay 2 respectively. And supply power to the receiver. Owing to no current output for motors from receiver, so 2 motors must be supplied power with different voltage individually as your requirement.

In addition, its transmitter is 2-button style. Our suggestion is toggle mode for controlling two motors.  After switching on power, press button 1, turn on motor 1; press button 1 again, turn off motor1. Press button 2, turn on motor 2; press button 2 again, turn off motor 2.

Toggle Remote Controller for 2 LED Lights

Question from customer

Hello, can you supply me with 2 single on/off receivers with using just 1 transmitter? I have 2 separate 24 volt led lamps in separate locations in my motor home, but I just want to operate all lights from 1 transmitter.

Answer

We recommend you 2 voltage output toggle receivers (S1XT-DC24) and 1 transmitter (C-2). Wire each led lamp to each channel of receiver. It is voltage direct output. The led lamps can get power through receiver directly. It outputs DC24V power. With fixed toggle working mode, you can use transmitter to press button 1 & 2 to turn on lamps, and then press again to turn off lamps. There is no interference between receivers.

How to Remote Control Spot light

One of our customers is a lighting designer, who is in charge of stage lighting for a show. He wants to remote control 4 stage spot lights with a remote. And each button can control each light on and off respectively.

We recommend him 4 channel remote switch kit (S4T-DC12+C-4). This is a toggle mode remote controller. It is often used to light controlling. We press the button of remote, turn on the light; press the button again, turn off the light. He can switch on and off any of lights as he wants. Normally open and close terminals connection method is capable of controlling appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V.
