Water Pump Motor Automation

When you want to remote control your water pump from a long distance with controller or let your water pump work automatically with the help of water level sensor, we think our item-water pump motor automatic control system will help you. This system includes a long range remote receiver (S1PUA-AC220-ANT2), two transmitters (CB-2/CB-2N-2) and two water level sensors.

It can control AC110~240V water pump motors by manual controller or automation with water level sensor.

We will build this water motor automatic control system.

Here is the wiring of receiver and water motor. Wire motor to A terminal and N terminal. Using a wire to connect B terminal and L terminal. And one wire connect N terminal, another wire connect L terminal.

Here is the installation of transmitter and water level sensor.

Put the water level sensor 1 downwards to the low water level position; Put the water level sensor 2 upwards to the high water level position.

Two wires of the water level sensor 1 are connected to wire 1 and wire 3 of transmitter CB-2N-2.

Two wires of the water level sensor 2 are connected to wire 2 and wire 3 of transmitter CB-2N-2.

Note: Triggering method of transmitter (CB-2N-2): connection to wire 1 and wire 3, it will send signal “ON”, connection to wire 2 and wire 3, it will send signal “OFF”.

Operation:

When water reaches the low water level, two wires of the water level sensor 1 is connected and the transmitter is triggered. The transmitter will send an ‘ON”’ signal to the receiver. The receiver will instruct the water pump motor to pump water into the tank.

When water reaches the high water level, two wires of the water level sensor 2 is connected and the transmitter is triggered. The transmitter will send an “OFF” signal to the receiver. The receiver will instruct the water pump motor to stop pumping water.

How to Remote Control 4 AC Lamps Off/On

2000M long range 4CH AC power output remote control kit (S4X-AC220-ANT2+CB-4L) is recommended here. 4-button transmitter is compatible with 4 channel receiver. One button is to its correspondent channel. You can connect 4 lamps to receiver. This remote is 220VAC power output so you have not to supply any power to controlled lamps. With external extended antenna, the transmission distance reach 2000m in the open field.

Here is the wiring diagram. You can connect 4 AC lamps to “A&B” output terminals of receiver. Then supply power to receiver.

Setting “Toggle Mode” Only connect Jumper-2 with a little jumper.

Press button A, turn on lamp 1; Press button A again, turn off lamp 1.

Press button B, turn on lamp 2; Press button B again, turn off lamp 2.

Press button C, turn on lamp 3; Press button C again, turn off lamp 3.

Press button D, turn on lamp 4; Press button D again, turn off lamp 4.

1000m Range Multi-mode Beeper& Vibrator Remote Control Kit

Beeper is an audio signaling device, which is used in alarm devices, timers or other devices typically. A customer is interested in our remote-controlled beeper& remote transmitter kit. He needs 12 beepers and 12 transmitters with 1000m working distance but He wants to be able to register one transmitter to two beepers and two transmitters to one receiver. It is possible to pair up one transmitter to two beepers or two transmitters to one receiver.

This beeper kit has vibration mode and vibration mode &beeper mode other than beeper mode. The receiver works with 1000m-range transmitter. Its working distance can reach 1000m in the open field. You can control the receiver with transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance, the wireless signal can pass through walls, floors and doors.

To realize one transmitter controlling two beepers or two transmitters controlling one receiver, first of all, you should use receiver to learn codes from transmitter.

One transmitter controlling two beepers:

Press and hold the learning button of the first receiver for about 5 seconds, then release the button when LED light is on, the receiver is in the status of Learning.

Press button of remote control within 10 seconds, if LED light flashes twice then off, it means Learning is successful.

If LED light is off after 10 seconds, it means Learning is failed and the receiver quits the status of Learning.

Follow steps above to make the second receiver learn code from the transmitter.

Operation 1:

Vibration mode: Press the button of transmitter, two receivers vibrate for 5 seconds.

Beep mode: Press the button of transmitter, two receivers beep for 5 seconds.

Vibration & Beep mode: Press the button of transmitter, two receivers vibrate and beep together for 5 seconds.

Two transmitter controlling one receiver:

Press and hold the learning button of the receiver for about 5 seconds, then release the button when LED light is on, the receiver is in the status of Learning.

Press button of the first transmitter within 10 seconds, if LED light flashes twice then off, it means Learning is successful.

If LED light is off after 10 seconds, it means Learning is failed and the receiver quits the status of Learning.

Follow steps above to make the receiver learn the second transmitter.

The receiver can learn several remote controls of different codes.

Operation 2:

Vibration mode: Press the button of transmitter 1, the receiver vibrates for 5 seconds; Press the button of transmitter 2 the receiver vibrates for 5 seconds.

Beep mode: Press the button of transmitter 1, the receiver beeps for 5 seconds; Press the button of transmitter 2, the receiver beeps for 5 seconds.

Vibration & Beep mode: Press the button of transmitter 1, the receiver vibrates and beeps together for 5 seconds; Press the button of transmitter 2, the receiver vibrates and beeps together for 5 seconds.

Changing modes: As long as press the button of receiver, you can switch those three working modes optionally. Such as press the button of receiver, switch to beep mode from vibration mode; press the button of transmitter again, switch to vibration & beep mode; press the button of transmitter again, switch to vibration mode.

30A High Power Remote Switch for Fireplace Chimney Fan

I’m looking for solution to remotely control fireplace chimney fan on roof of hi-rise building. Desired range would by over 150- 300ft. Fan is 110v, around 2A. Power source would be on roof and antenna would be on roof.

Answer:

1 channel 30A long range remote switch (S1PX-AC220-ANT2&CB-2) is very suitable for you. With 30A current and AC100~240V voltage direct output, you don’t have to provide additional power supply to controlled fireplace chimney fan because it can get power from powered receiver. The receiver is installed a external extend magnetic antenna, it will help receiver to amplify RF signal reception so that its working distance can reach 2000m(6000ft) outdoor. It is applied to hi-rise building and long range between two buildings. The transmitter enhances its transmitting function to match this kind of receiver.

The wiring procedure is simple. Look at the following picture. Wire fan’s motor to L&N terminals of receiver. Supply 110v to receiver.

There are toggle, momentary, latched modes in it. Among three modes, we suggest you to use latched mode (Do not connect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.)

Press big button: Turn on the fireplace chimney fan.

Press small button: Turn off the fireplace chimney fan.

6000ft AC Direct Output Remote Switch for Electric Appliance

Question from customer:

I want to turn an appliance off and on in a room in my house 120ft from the room with the transmitter. Does the appliance plug into the receiver and the receiver plug into an outlet?

Answer:

We recommend 6000ft long range ac direct output remote controller (S1X-AC220-ANT2 & CB-2). The remarkable feature of this remote controller is that 220V power direct output, that is to say, appliance plugs into receiver directly and gets 220V power from powered receiver( receiver is plugged into an outlet.) The maximum current of its relay is 10 ampere which is suitable for some appliances. The working distance is longer than any other remote, which is about 6000ft in the open field. 6000ft is long enough for your remote controlling.

At first, it is the wiring. Look at the following wiring diagram. For instance, we remote control a lamp. We just need to wire lamp to “L&N” terminals of “OUT”. That is very easy. And supply ac 220V to receiver. Then lamp can get power from powered receiver.

And this receiver works with two-button long range transmitter. There are three working modes in it. They are Toggle, Momentary, and Latched modes. If there is only a device, we recommend setting latched mode.

Setting control mode Latched: Do not connect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.

Press button 1: turn on the lamp.

Press button 2: Turn off the lamp.
