Boat Bridge is Controlled by Remote Controlled Electric Hoist

Question from customer:

“I’d like to order a 220v electric hoist to raise and down a bridge boat with a remote control. The ascent and descent should be done when someone is still pressing the remote control button, as there is no stop. What would you like me the most suitable product? Thank you in advance.”

Answer:

We recommend the ac 100V~240V momentary motor controlling model (S1FM-AC220 & CV-2-2). It is specially designed for motor controlling because two relays are inserted inside. One relay is used for motor rotating towards “UP”. Another relay is used for motor rotating towards “DOWN”. There are “UP”, “COM” and “DOWN” contacts from output terminal. This kit can controls motor of rolling blinds, doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, conveyors other appliances and mechanicals. The transmitting distance is usually about 500m in the open air.

motor controller

Wiring:

Connect live wire to terminal “L” and neutral wire to terminal “N”. Then connect AC electric hoist motor to terminals “UP”, “COM” and ‘DOWN”. You can exchange “UP” and “DOWN” wires of motor to change rotating direction of motor.

wiring

Operation:

There are three buttons on the receiver for motor up and down. But button ■ on the receiver is useless.

Press and hold button ▲ on remote or receiver: Terminals UP and COMMON directly output AC110V / AC220V; electric hoist motor rotates continuously in positive direction.

Release button ▲ on remote or receiver: Stop the electric hoist motor.

Press and hold button ▼ on remote or receiver: Terminals DOWN and COMMON directly output AC110V / AC220V; electric hoist motor rotates continuously in reversal direction.

Release button ▼ on remote or receiver: Stop the electric hoist motor.

15 Channel RC System

This 15 Channel 6V 9V 12V 24V rf remote controller (15S1UB-DC06/09/12/24 & CP-15) is designed to learn remote codes and used in one-transmitter-to-many-receivers system. It operates in toggle, momentary, and latched mode (switching modes as you like freely by connecting or disconnecting jumper). It is great for hard to reach lights or other DC/AC electrical devices with the transmission distance 500m (theoretically). Control lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors / locks / windows / blinds / cars or other appliances with voltage AC110~240V or DC0~28V. Receiver has DC input contact and you should supply dc power to receiver.

We’d like to show the wiring and controlling of ac, dc lamps or dc motors.

The contact of relay of each receiver is normally open/ closed. So you need to wire ac lamp to normally open contact B&C and supply AC 220V power to lamp. When you want to remote control dc motors or lamps, you can wire them to receivers as mentioned above. But dc motor and lamps can share the same power supply if you wire as the right picture shown.

Inverse Motor Controller for AC Motor

This kind of inversion momentary motor controller (S1FM-AC220 & CV-2-2) features in controlling ac motor of rolling blinds/ doors, window cover, projection screens, awnings, water pump, winches, conveyors or other appliances and mechanicals. It can always keep motor running in positive or reversal position if pressing and holding button ▲ or ▼ on remote or receiver. If you release the button, motor will stop. Its transmission distance is about 500m/1500ft theoretically.

We’d like to show you how to wire and control AC motor.

We show prepare the following material:

Vibrating Beep Kit for Disabled Person

Overview:

I am looking for a system that would allow my father to alert severely disabled mother when the latter is not in the same room. Maximum range 100 m sought. The button must be easy to use. The receiver must fit in a pocket.

disabled-aged-person

Solution:

We recommend a feasible solution to you. The vibrating beep receiver with three working mode (Z-06) and 500m radio transmitter (CP-1) are suitable for you. There are three working mode for this kit. Your father can switch all of them freely as he want. They are vibration mode, beep mode and vibration mode &beep mode. When the receiver is assigned to transmitter (CP-1), the whole kit’s transmitting distance is about 500m. The receiver and transmitter are small enough for your father to put it into pocket or hold it in hand. So you don’t have to worry about how to alert your severely disabled mother.

vibrating-beeper

Here is the usage.

You should learn remote control:

1 Press and hold the learning button of the receiver for about 5 seconds, then release the button when LED light is on, the receiver is in the status of learning.

2 Press button of remote control within 10 seconds, if LED light flickers twice then off, it means learning is successful.

Those three working mode will be appropriate for different situation.

Vibration mode: Press the button of transmitter, the receiver vibrates for 5 seconds. If your mother doesn’t carry the receiver to her pocket at times, your father had better switch to beep mode or beep &vibrating mode in advance. He can press button of receiver to switch to beep mode or beep& vibrating mode. He presses button of transmitter, the receiver will beep or beep and vibrates together for 5 seconds. It depends on the working mode your father chooses.

This kit is easy to use. So you can rest assured that your father will alert your mother successfully with the help of those items.
