AC Motors are Controlled by DC Remote

Nowadays, motors are found in applications as diverse as industrial fans, pump, household appliances, tools and other devices, which can be powered by direct current (DC) or alternating current (AC) source. Of course, we can also remote control motors of those devices above to switch on or off of devices, even the forward-reverse rotation. When you want to control many motors with one transmitter, we think multi-channel remote control is very favorable.

8 channel dc triggered RF remote transmitter & receiver operates in 8 working modes. It can be used to control at most 8 on / off electrical devices. With characteristics of strong anti-interference, reverse power protection and over current protection. Three voltages dc9v, dc12v and dc24v are provided to choose. It is widely applied to control every kind of lights, electrically operated doors / gates / windows / blinds and so on.

Would you like know how to control 2 ac motors with an 8-channel dc triggered remote? Look at the following show.

First off all, we prepare material.

1×8CH rf receiver

1×8-button transmitter

2×AC motor

Power supply 220V

S8CA-DC&CV-8 material

Here is the wiring diagram. This is the AC motor’s wiring. Motors should be connected to common terminals of B. We add neutral wires to connect both motors since they are ac motors. Live wires are connected to normally open terminals of C.

We suggest setting “Momentary Mode” for motor control. Only connect Jumper-1. It is an easy operation.

Press and hold button 1, motor 1 rotates in positive direction. Release the button, motor stops.

S8CA-DC&CV-8 button 1 positive rotation

Press and hold button 2, motor 1 rotates in reversal direction. Release the button, motor stops.

S8CA-DC&CV-8 button 2 reverse rotation

Press and hold button 3, motor 2 rotates in positive direction. Release the button, motor stops.

S8CA-DC&CV-8 button 3 positive rotation

Press and hold button 4 , motor 2rotates in reversal direction. Release the button, motor stops.

12V Remote Control for 2 AC Motors

Electric motors are everywhere, even computers have electric motors to power its cooling fans and hard disks. But, today we will talk about remote controlling AC motor by DC remote controller. Then this 6CH RF wireless remote control switch operates in toggle, momentary, latched and toggle + momentary control mode (set the mode as you like freely). You can use it to complete six operations at the same time. For example, turn the light on, open the door or control other dc/ac electrical devices in the meantime. It is applied for light remote control, motor remote control, garage door remote control, gate remote control, etc. Its transmitting distance can reach 500m (1500ft). Three voltages include dc9v, dc12v and dc24v.

AC Triggered Remote Controller Controls AC Motor

This 2 Channel RF AC Remote Controller is driven by AC power supply, which operates in toggle, momentary, latched and toggle +momentary modes (just set according to your requirement). It is very favorable for DC/AC electric devices which are hard to reach or far away from switch. It is widely used for lamps, doors, garage doors, motors and so on. Working voltage range of relay is AC 110~240V or DC 0~28V. The Maximum working current of each channel is 10amp. Sometimes, it’s not ideal and convenient to get someone to go back and forth to turn this device on/off, so remote control is your better choice. AC power supply driven remote controller can also control AC motor.
