LED Lamp is Controlled by RF Transceiver

Hi I have a 12V powered standalone device that is installed on a carbon fiber ledge (facing up) up on top of a very high carbon fiber mast (50m high) and as you can imagine it’s not ideal to get someone to go up and down the mast to turn this device on/off (or to replace the battery ).

Can you outline suggest a suitable/reliable product of yours to switch my (1 channel) device on/off and has very little demands on the 12V battery (as I need it to last as long as possible by switching it off)?

I’m actually using an 11.1V 5000mA power strip (that could power your relay receiver if has low current demands).

So maybe you can you tell me the receivers power demands to achieve this task please?

We recommend the receiver (model 0020290 S1SL-DC12) and the transmitter CB-2 to you. It is the 12 V one channel latched mode remote transceiver. It is also activated by 12V power supply. Paired with long distance transmitter CB-2, its working distance can be 1000m (3000ft). There is no need to go up and down the mast to turn device on and off. Using a remote controller to control device, it is very convenient to you. As regards the latched mode, it is motivated by relay group. For relay group, only one relay will be on at a time. So the big button of this transmitter only turns on the device when you press. And the small button only turns off the device.

We made a demonstration to show how to use this remote controller.

First off all, we prepared the following material.

According to the wiring diagram, lamp is connected to the normally open terminal NO &COM. The lamp should be supplied 12V power supply.

One Channel AC Direct Power Output Remote Control for Air Horn

The air horn is pneumatic device designed to create a remarkably loud sound for signaling purpose. Air horns are widely applied to vehicles, such as large semi-trailer trucks, fire trucks, trains, and some ambulances and ships as a signaling device. Someone would like to install air horn in his vehicle.

Recently, one of our customers wants to remote control his air horn in his truck. He needs a momentary remote that he can honk a “LOUD” horn located outside the toolbox in the box of his truck. It is a pneumatic horn that needs approximately 125PSI air. The air has to be momentarily transferred to the horn using a solenoid. The solenoid is controlled by applying 110volts. The 110 volts is obtained by the 3000watt inverter that is also inside of the toolbox in the box of the truck.

Our reply:

We recommend the remote receiver model of one channel ac direct power output and one button transmitter (S1X-AC220+C-1). The being controlled devices can get power supply from the receiver directly when the receiver is power on. The working current is 100V~240V.

The receiver will be mounted next to the solenoid inside the toolbox in the box of the truck. The transmitter can be mounted under the center post of the steering wheel (The transmitter is small enough for concealing).

He can honk the horn using a momentary working mode remote. When he press and hold the remote button, the solenoid will be open and air horn sends out extremely loud noise; When he release the remote button, the solenoid will be closed and air horn stops making a sound.

How to Ignite Momentary Firework by Firework Remote Control System

1 CH RF remote system for firework is our new product.  It can ignite various kinds of electric fireworks directly or ordinary firework through fireworks electric ignitors, or light momentary firework ,which reduces accidents like skin burn and accidental explosions. However, launching this momentary firework will be more dangerous because it is sparked in a second and its sparks can fly 2 meters high. We will try to ignite momentary firework with this kind of remote system. It is much safer method to ignite firework.

This new product contains 1-button remote transmitter and 1-channel receiver. Wire the momentary firework to the receiver, the momentary firework can be remotely controlled by remote transmitter from any place within a reliable distance; wireless signal pass through walls, floors and doors.

Firstly, we should prepare some material. Look at the following picture below. There are firework system, one-button transmitter and momentary firework.

Connect wire of momentary firework to black and red terminals on receiver.

Turn on the power switch on receiver. Press button, ignite momentary firework.

Caution:

Any inflammable and explosives material must be far away when igniting fireworks.

Anyone is far away from the firework more than 50m when it is ignited.

One Transmitter Controls 4 Garden Goods Shop Lighted Signs

One of our customers has 4 small lighted exterior signs around a garden goods shop building and would like to control all four signs to go on and off by a simple RF system switch. He is wondering whether this is possible or not?

Our suggestion is that he can order 4 receivers for remote control model of S1X-AC220-ANT2 and one grant range remote transmitter CB-4. All lighted signs are respectively installed to each receiver for longer remote distance.

The theoretical transmitting distance is 2000m (6000FT) in the open field. Even though in actual operation, it is hindered by trees, walls or other obstacles, or interfered by other signals. It is still enough for the exterior signs around the building.

Lighted Taxi Symbol is Controlled Remotely Outside of the Hotel

We have this kind of wireless long range remote control kit.

These are transmitter and receiver. With external extended antenna of the receiver, the whole kit’s transmitting distance can reach 2000m (6000 ft). Maximum working current is 10A. The RF signal can pass through doors, walls and trees as well as other barriers.

Someone works in a very famous hotel in downtown. He wants remotely control lighted taxi symbol outside of hotel at night (The taxi is not allowed to drive too close in front of hotel gate). When customers need to call a taxi, he only presses a button to switch on taxi symbol. The taxi drivers will drive to hotel carry customers. He can switch off taxi symbol by remote controller when drivers carry customers away.

What an exactly good idea! It is so convenience both to customers and hotel staff. The practice may be not complicated if he use our this kind remote controller.

Such a solution is an effective way to avoid running back and forth for hotel staff. Taxi driver will appreciate it because he carries customers in time and get earning as soon as possible. The lighted taxi symbol will be connected to the receiver as the following picture shown.
