I want a remote controlling unit that the transmitter is to function as a switch to the receiver activated by supplying a 12V DC current to the transmitter (switch it on). The receiver then allows a 6V DC current to be supplied to a designated appliance. When the transmitter is shut off the receiver will shut down.

Maybe this kind of controlling unit —6V power direct output RF remote control system (S1XL-DC06-ANT2+CB-2V) is suitable for you. It is activated directly by 6V power supply. You don’t have to supply additional power to the device being controlled because the controlled device will get power from powered receiver. It is specially designed for device controlling another device. The remarkable characteristic of the transmitter CB-2V will be triggered by DC power 5~28V input. According to the picture above, he wants the transmitter can be activated by manual switch and turn receiver on/off when the current in that circuit is on/off. We switch on the manual switch and the transmitter will send an “ON” signal to the receiver. The receiver receives the signal to instruct the light to turn on. We switch off the manual switch and the transmitter will send an “OFF” signal to the receiver. The receiver receives the signal to instruct the light to turn off.

How to Remote Control 6V Motor

6V Customized time delay remote controller is added 6V voltage activated attribute so that it can be applied to lower voltage activated device. But it is still customized by customer with a fixed delay time and it cannot be adjusted as soon as it is set. So the time delay function will be programmed according to their actual requirement. We are going to make two 6V motors run forward and backward. Usually, one relay only can switch on and off the motor. It doesn’t make it rotate forward and reverse. We can use this kind of 2 channels remote to realize the motor positive and reverse direction.

See the wiring diagram. A&B terminals are normally closed; B&C terminals are normally open. That is to say, B is the common terminal. DC motor must be connected to common terminal B without any doubt. Connect terminal C to the positive and connect terminal A to the negative.

Note: In order to avoid interference to motor, power supply for the motor and the receiver should be different.

Operation procedure:

At first, we set delay time 5 seconds both for relay and relay 2. This is the fixed delay time horizon. We set it in advance and will never be adjusted. Then switch on power.

Press button 1, the motor rotates continuously in the positive direction.

If we want to interrupt the positive rotation, we press button 3 to stop it.

Press button 2, motor rotates continuously in the reverse direction.

If we want to interrupt the reverse rotation, we press button 4 to stop it.

Time Delay Mode

Press button 1, the motor positive rotation will last 5 seconds which is set in advance, then stops rotating.

Press button 2, the motor reverse rotation will last 5 seconds which is preset, then stops rotating.

Manual Control

Press buttons SW1/SW2/SW3 on the socket directly to remote control the socket. Press SW1, socket 1 is socket 1 is power-on state. Press SW1 again, socket 1 is power-off state. Press SW2, socket 2 is power-on state. Press SW2 again, socket 2 is power-off state. Press SW3, socket 3 is power-on state. Press SW3 again, socket 3 is power-off state. When devices are plugged into sockets, only press buttons on the socket, you can switch on or off those devices.

CHECK command: Check the state of the socket

Edit text message “SN+ Six passwords +CHECK” and send to socket. You will receive the state of the socket. Then you will know the ON or OFF state of each socket.

Power-off Memory Function of Socket

The power-off memory function of socket is default in socket.

The STA 1 light flashes twice after power is on. It means that the state is power-off memory function is saved.

The STA 1 light flashes 4 times after power is on. It means that the state is power-off memory function is not saved.

Power-off state can be changed by the customer. Press SW1 for 12 seconds then release, you can change the current memory state.

Note:

This product can only control power supply on or off and do not have other functions. If some devices don’t have power-off memory function of it, even you want to start it by using this socket, it won’t work immediately. You have to turn on its own switch to restart it.

Reset to default

Press the SET button and SW1 button at the same time for 1 second, the STA1 light will flashes twice slowly. You reset socket successfully.

The previous preset owner number will be deleted and password becomes six zeros: 000000. The three switches are also disconnected.

Short Text Message Remote Controls Electric Devices

We can send short text message to remote control electric devices through GSM smart power strip besides telephone call.

After setting owner password, you can send short text message via your mobile phone to switch on and off devices which are plugged into the smart strip.

1.(COM command; ON command; OFF command)

Edit text message “SN+ Six Passwords +COM +three sockets’ codes” and send to socket (for example, SN000000COM+SW1ON, SW2OFF, SW3ON). You will receive a message for socket if you set successfully. According to your choice, this first socket (SW1) is ON, the second socket (SW2) is OFF, the third socket (SW3) is ON.

2.Three switches all on:

Edit text message “SN+ six passwords +ON” and send to socket. You will receive a message for socket if you set successfully. According to your choice, this first socket (SW1) is ON, the second socket (SW2) is ON, the third socket (SW3) is ON.

3. Three switches all off:

Edit text message “SN+ six passwords +OFF” and send to socket. You will receive a message for socket if you set successfully. According to your choice, this first socket (SW1) is OFF, the second socket (SW2) is OFF, the third socket (SW3) is OFF.

The socket status will be on and off according to your short text message command. When the device is plugged into the corresponding socket, it can be turned ON or OFF according to your short text message command.

Note:

This product can only control power supply on or off and do not have other functions. For some electric appliances, such as some air-conditioners don’t maintain the memory function of power-off, if you turn on them again, it won’t work immediately. For most of the TVs, stereos can work immediately after you turn on them again.

When you input the password with illegal format or even wrong password, the voice prompts is “The password is wrong, please input again” .You are allowed to input password incorrectly three times. If more than three times, the voice prompt is: “Thank you for using, goodbye” and hang up after 2 seconds.

Attention: Socket can be controlled many times. When you want to stop controlling, press asterisk (star key) and octothorp (hash key), the voice prompts is “Thank you for using, goodbye” and hang up after 2 seconds.
