RF Remote Control System is Applied at Private Airport

Overview:

“I am looking for a remote and multiple receivers for a small private airport. We have a controller box switch that activates when you key the microphone 7 times on a specific frequency. I would like to plug a dc power adapter into this unit and wire into one of your remotes. The runway lights are all solar dc leds. I will need 12 receivers total to start out. My question is: Can one remote, controlled by external wires, send a signal out to multiple receivers at the same time?  In other words, if the remote detects dc input and sends out an ON signal, can several receivers receive the ON signal at the same time?”

Solution:

We recommend the low voltage triggered transmitter (CB-2V) and 1 channel 2000m receivers (S1L-DC12-ANT2). The most remarkable feature of this transmitter is low current triggered. That is to say, when you offer dc power 5~28V to this transmitter, it will send signal out to the receiver. The receiver is long range with external extended antenna. When it works in pairs with transmitter, their transmitting distance can reach 2000m (6000ft) in the open field. One transmitter can send out ON signal to make several receivers ON at the same time if you use the same code of those transmitter and receivers.

remote-control-kit

Wires on the transmitter should be connected to the contacts of original device which can generate dc 5~28V output power.

circuit-of-transmitter

The normally open contacts B&C of receivers should be connected to solar led light being controlled. Wire each solar led light to each receiver.

circuit-of-receiver

When the contacts of two wires of transmitter input 5~28V voltage, the transmitter is triggered and then transmits an rf signal “ON” to the receiver. After the receiver receives the signal, contacts B&C are closed; the solar led lights being controlled are on.

When the contacts of two wires of transmitter’s power is cut, the transmitter is triggered and then transmits an rf signal “OFF” to the receiver. After the receiver receives the signal, contacts B&C are cut; the solar led lights being controlled are off.

1 channel wireless controller remote control RF DC motor positive or reversal rotates

Question from customer:

My plan is to be able to remotely control an RC motor forward and backward wirelessly with the remote. I was thinking one receiver and one remote, but which products would I be able to do this with.

Answer:

This is the system of wireless remote control RF DC motor which we recommend you. It is model: S1FU-DC09/12/24 & C-3-2. The receiver (S1FU-DC09/12/24) is 1 channel and working voltage is AC 110~240V or DC 0~28V. The transmitter’s (C-3-2) remote control distance is 100m/300ft (theoretically). The wireless system can remote control motors of rolling blinds / doors, awnings, winches, cranes or other home electrical devices and small industrial equipments. You just need to connect a motor to the receiver, then you can remote control the motor rotates in the positive or reversal direction by using wireless transmitter.

There are three control modes for the wireless remote control system: toggle, momentary, latched. You can set any one of three modes as the operation:

When you only connect jumper-2, it is toggle mode.

Press button ▲: Terminal B of relay 1 and relay 2 output + DC 12V (1: +, 2: -), motor rotates in the positive direction.
Press button ▲ again: Terminal B of relay 1 and relay 2 no output, motor stops
Press button ▼: Terminal B of relay 1 and relay 2 output - DC 12V (1: -, 2: +), motor rotates in the reversal direction.
Press button ▼ again: Terminal B of relay 1 and relay 2 no output, motor stops

When you only connect jumper-1, it is momentary mode.

Press and hold button ▲: Terminal B of relay 1 and relay 2 output + DC 12V (1: +, 2: -), motor rotates in the positive direction.
Release button ▲: Terminal B of relay 1 and relay 2 no output, motor stops
Press and hold button ▼: Terminal B of relay 1 and relay 2 output - DC 12V (1: -, 2: +), motor rotates in the reversal direction.
Release button ▼: Terminal B of relay 1 and relay 2 no output, motor stops

When you don’t connect jumper-1 and jumper-2, it is latched mode.

Press button ▲: Terminal B of relay 1 and relay 2 output + DC 12V (1: +, 2: -), motor rotates in the positive direction.
Press button ▼: Terminal B of relay 1 and relay 2 output - DC 12V (1: -, 2: +), motor rotates in the reversal direction.
Press button ■: Terminal B of relay 1 and relay 2 no output, motor stops

Hobby Project Motors Remote Controlling

Overview:

I want to control 6 different small electric DC motors for a hobby project.

Solution:

This 12 channel dc remote controller (S12CA-DC12+CV-12) can help you controls 6 dc motors’ positive and reverse rotation. The receiver works with a 12-button remote transmitter. It only can be used to control 6 motors for every two relays in the receiver can control one motor to rotate in forward and reverse other than controlling at most 12 same or different off/on electric devices. Remote distance is up to 500m.

12-channel-remote-control

Look at the following wiring diagram and picture. The wiring is just a little complicated. B is common contact. Each motor should be connected to B terminals of every two relays. A is normally closed contact and C is normally open contact. Connect contact C to the positive and connect contact A to the negative. We connect motors one by one.

Operation:

There are more than one working modes of that controller. Generally speaking, you will choose the momentary mode for motor controlling.

Learning Momentary control mode: When the receiver is in the status of LEARNING, press button 2 of the remote control.

Control mode Momentary (Channel 1~12): Press and hold -> On; Release -> Off.

Controlling motors at random just for an example from following demonstration:

If you want you control Motor 4:

Press and hold button 7, motor rotates in positive direction; Release button 7, motor 4 stops. Press and hold button 8, motor rotates in reverse direction; Release button 8, motor 4 stops.

2000m 9V Actuated Toggle Mode Remote Controller Works at a Port

Overview:

I am looking for a RF Remote Control covers a distance of 1000-2000 meters for one port only, and output Relay Minimum with current 3 amps and working on the 9-volt battery.

small-port

Solution:

We recommend This 1 channel dc rf remote control system (S1T-DC09-ANT2+CB-1), which operates in 6V/9V/12V/24V. 12V is the standard voltage. 9V is also available if you need. Any device with voltage of AC110~240V or DC0~28V can be connected to that controller. It is great for hard to reach lights or other DC/AC electrical devices, remote distance is up to 2000m. Applications include light remote control, electric gate remote control, electric window / blind remote control, etc. Then maximum current output is 10 amps and it can work on the 9-volt battery. Transmitter distance is 2000m in the open field.

1

It is the normally open and closed contact, so your device at port is supposed to be wired to normally open contact. You can only wire one device on that controller because it has only one relay (one channel).

1_06

After wiring, the device at port should be added additional power. Turn on the controller.

Press button: Turn on relay, turn on device (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)

Press button again: Turn off relay, turn off device (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)
