Water Pump Motor Automation

When you want to remote control your water pump from a long distance with controller or let your water pump work automatically with the help of water level sensor, we think our item-water pump motor automatic control system will help you. This system includes a long range remote receiver (S1PUA-AC220-ANT2), two transmitters (CB-2/CB-2N-2) and two water level sensors.

It can control AC110~240V water pump motors by manual controller or automation with water level sensor.

We will build this water motor automatic control system.

Here is the wiring of receiver and water motor. Wire motor to A terminal and N terminal. Using a wire to connect B terminal and L terminal. And one wire connect N terminal, another wire connect L terminal.

Here is the installation of transmitter and water level sensor.

Put the water level sensor 1 downwards to the low water level position; Put the water level sensor 2 upwards to the high water level position.

Two wires of the water level sensor 1 are connected to wire 1 and wire 3 of transmitter CB-2N-2.

Two wires of the water level sensor 2 are connected to wire 2 and wire 3 of transmitter CB-2N-2.

Note: Triggering method of transmitter (CB-2N-2): connection to wire 1 and wire 3, it will send signal “ON”, connection to wire 2 and wire 3, it will send signal “OFF”.

Operation:

When water reaches the low water level, two wires of the water level sensor 1 is connected and the transmitter is triggered. The transmitter will send an ‘ON”’ signal to the receiver. The receiver will instruct the water pump motor to pump water into the tank.

When water reaches the high water level, two wires of the water level sensor 2 is connected and the transmitter is triggered. The transmitter will send an “OFF” signal to the receiver. The receiver will instruct the water pump motor to stop pumping water.

Remote Control Car Backup Camera

Overview:

I would like to turn on/off the wireless reversing camera on my car (12V). What device can you recommend?

Solution:

We recommend this 1 channel 12V universal remote control model (S1U-DC12-ANT1+C-2).

You can wire reversing camera power lines to normally open terminals B&C of receiver. Receiver and reversing camera can share the same power supply (12V) together.

This 1CH rf remote control switch operates in toggle, momentary and latched control mode (set the mode as you like freely). And you’d better choose toggle mode or latched mode. It is great for hard to reach lights or other DC/AC electrical devices. With external telescopic antenna, the receiver has farther working range (about 100m).

Operation:

Setting control mode Toggle: Connect Jumper-2.

Control mode Toggle: Press -> On; Press again -> Off.

Press button 1: Turn on the reversing camera (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)

Press button 1 again: Turn off the reversing camera (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)

 

Setting control mode Latched: Disconnect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.

Control mode Latched: Press -> On, other relays Off; Press another button -> Off.

Press button 1: Turn on the reversing camera (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)

Press button 2: Turn off the reversing camera (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)

High Power Remote Controller Switch Off/On Motor of Children’s Tractor

Overview:

I’m looking for a High power remote controller to switch on/off the power to my children’s “John Deere ground force” 12v tractor if necessary. According to the specifications on the tractors the motors are 330watt and are driven by 12v battery. 330/12=27.5 amps. So I guess I need a 30amp controller.

Solution:        

We recommend the model of 1 channel 30amp 12V remote controller (S1PU-DC12&C-2). Its maximum current output is 30amp. It is suitable for appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V because of its normally open & closed relay contact. There are 3 working modes in it. The transmitting distance is about 100m (300ft). It is enough for you.

Wire tractor’s motor to “A” terminal and negative terminal of receiver. Use a wire to connect “B” terminal and positive terminal of receiver. And wire positive and negative terminal to 12 power supply.

Setting control mode Latched: Disconnect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.

Control mode Latched: Press -> On, other relays Off; Press another button -> Off.

Press button 1: Turn on the tractor motor, the tractor moves.

Press button 2: Turn off the tractor motor, the tractor stops.

The wiring is very simple.

Wire gate motor to normally open &closed contact and “N” terminal. Wire “C” terminal and “L” terminal. Add wire to “N” terminal. Your gate motor can share power supply with receiver by this way.

Setting control mode Momentary: Only connect Jumper-1.

Control mode Momentary: Press and hold -> On; Release -> Off.

Press and hold button 1: Turn on the relay, open the outer sliding gate.

Release button 1: Turn off the relay, close the outer sliding gate.

Press and hold button 2: Turn on the relay, open the inner sliding gate.

Release button 2: Turn off the relay, close the inner sliding gate.
