Built-in Clock of Digital Tube Circuit Board Time Setting(Video)

It can be used in various fields. Working distance is about 100m.

This is circuit board can be a reversing controller, with forward-reverse-stop capability. You can rotate the motor in positive or reversal direction with the transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance and wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors and doors. It can be controlled by maunal switch or transmitter. But now only DC power is available. It is suitable for the DC motors of blind, rolling door, projection screen, awning, winch or other appliances and mechanicals.

The remarkable characteristic is “Time Remote Control”, if you preset working and stop time for device and time is up, the being controlled device will work and stop according to your setting.

Suppose that the real time of setting is 14:56, February, 19th 2014, Wednesday.

Press S1, controller enters into the status of “date and time setting”.

Press S1 again to set “Year” to “2014”.

Press S1 again to set “Month” to “02”.

Press S1 again to set “Date” to ”19”.

Press S1 again to set “Hour” to “14”.

Press S1 again to set “Minute” to ”56”.

Press S1 again to set “Week” to” 3”.

The correspondent data will flash when we are setting. Then, press S2(+) or S3(-) to adjust according to your need. Press S1 again to save data and log out automatically when week setting is finished. After setting, we can see the following picture. The LED digital tube will read those data.

How to Remote Control Light with Sensor in a Long Distance

Question from customer:

Hello, I have a question about your products and a system I’m attempting to build. I have four sensors that give off about 5 volts when activated. When a sensor is activated I want to transmit a signal to a light and turn on a light.

The basic design is:

Sensor —> Transmitter  –>(Wireless)–> Receiver —> Light What I’m asking is what transmitter could I use with the 4 Channel Receiver? Would I need 4 separate transmitters for each of the sensors?

Answer:

We recommend the low current triggered transmitter (CB-2V) and the ac power direct output receiver (S1X-AC220).

remote controller

The transmitter is triggered by DC power 5~28V input. If low current input triggers transmitter, the transmitter will send RF signal to receiver to indicate it to work. The receiver has 1 Channel AC 110V/220V Power Output terminal contact. You don’t have to supply addition power to controlled device because the device will get power from powered receiver.

You can connect your sensor to the transmitter CB-2V, and connect your light to the receiver S1X-A220. Light is connected to L&N terminals of receiver and will get power when the receiver is connected to power supply.

When a sensor is activated, it can trigger a transmitter to transmit a signal to turn on a light. You need a separate transmitter for each of sensors.

Momentary and Toggle Mode Remote Controller for Winch Motor and Lamps

Question from customer:

I am in need of a controller. I will be using this to control a winch on my pickup and some lights. So I need one button momentary for line in, one button momentary for line out, and 2 buttons on/off for lights.

Answer:

4 Relay multi-mode On / Off remote controller (S4U-DC12 & C-4) is very suitable to you. There are 4 channels for more than one device. It has universal controlling mode, including toggle, momentary, latched, and Momentary+toggle modes. The maximum current is 10A and working distance is about 100m. It features in controlling lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors / locks / windows / blinds / cars or other appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V. You can turn on/off the receiver with transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance; the wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors and doors.

According to your requirement, Channel 1~2 are for motor and Channel 3~4 are for lamps. At first, please see the wiring. Wire winch motor to “B” terminals of relay 1 and relay 2. That makes motor rotate in two different directions. Supply power to winch motor. Secondly, wire two lamps to “B” terminals of relay 3 and relay 4. Supply power to lamps.

Thirdly, learning Momentary (Channel 1~2) + Toggle (Channel 3~4) control mode: When the receiver is in the status of LEARNING, press button 3 of the transmitter.

When you press and hold button 1, winch motor rotates in positive direction; release it, winch motor stops.

When you press and hold button 2, winch motor rotates in reverse direction; release it, winch motor stops.

When you press button 3, turn on lamp 1; press button 3 again, turn off lamp 1.

When you press button 4, turn on lamp 2; press button 4again, turn off lamp 2.

Remote Controlling 2 LED Lamps On and Off Simultaneous

Question from customer:

I need to be able to remotely turn on/off two 100W 12V lights at the same time. All lights ON and all lights OFF at the same time. Each light has its own 12V power and none of the lights can be wired together. Do you have a solution?

Answer:

It is possible. We recommend you the two 1 channel DC power output RF Latched receivers (S1XL-DC12) and the 500M transmitter (CP-2). This is the direct current triggered receiver, which is also supplied power to the controlled device. As regards the latched working mode, it is motivated by relay group. When you control the lamp by latched mode, you should prepare at least two buttons remote. Press button 1, the lamp is on; press button 2, the lamp is off. We will set them with the same code, when you can connect two lights to these 2 receivers, you can press big button on the CP-2 to turn on 2 lights at the same time, and you can press small button to turn off 2 lights at the same time.
