I have a garage door with a motor connected. I don’t have a control board or remotes for it. So I was looking at the RF models. The motor I have is a standard 12v garage roller door opener.

This DC RF Motor Remote Controller features in forward-reverse-stop capability. You can rotate the motor in positive or reversal direction by transmitter from any place within a reliable distance, wireless signal pass through walls, floors and doors. With time delay function, the working time of positive/reversal rotation can be adjusted from 10 to 60 seconds. Besides ordinary functions, this motor controller has limit switch which can be activated to stop motor rotation automatically when the rotation is overdone.

Wiring and operation:

Connect power supply DC 12V to the terminals “IN”. Connect DC motor to the “OUT”. You can exchange the output wires of motor to change the rotating direction of motor.

Press button ▲: Light 1 shines, motor rotates in the positive direction, and it will stop after a certain delay time.

Press button ▼: Light 2 shines, motor rotates in the reversal direction, and it will stop after a certain delay time.

The delay time of positive / reversal rotation can be adjusted from 10 to 60 seconds. Turn R1/R2 clockwise, prolong the delay time. Turn R1/R2 anti-clockwise, shorten the delay time. When you press button ▲ or button ▼, the motor starts to rotate; It will stop after the delay time is expired.

After press button ▲, you must press button ■ to stop motor firstly, and then press button ▼.

If you pull out the Jumper of the receiver, you can press directly button ▼ after press button ▲.

It is also suitable for the motors of rolling blinds, projection screens, awnings, pumps, winches, conveyors or other appliances and machineries with voltage DC12V.

1. The Toggle mode setting: Only connect Jumper-2.

Club Car is Controlled by High Power Remote Controller

My target is to install a remote control system to my club car. The receiver will be supplied by the 12V/26A of the caddy battery. It will be fixed on the “ON/OFF” switch of the caddy. The transmitter will cut or open the switch. Do you have any suggestions?

We recommend the model 1 channel 30A dc remote control kit (S1PX-DC12&C-2). It is 1 channel 30A remote controller with direct current output. You don’t have to supply any power to the controlled device because it will get from powered receiver. It is applied for controlling light, motors, fans, electrically operated doors/ locks/windows/ blinds/cars or other appliances with DC12. The working distance is about 100m, but if you want to prolong control distance, you can add an external extended antenna.

The wiring is very easy. Your switch is connected to “+&-” OUT terminals on the receiver. And supply DC power to another “+&-” terminals of the receiver.

The Application of Inversion Motor Remote Control

I am trying to purchase a remote that will control a 20 amp 12volt dc motor in both directions momentarily. Could a remote be set with left and right arrows? The high power 2 channel option you have is close but I only require 1 motor to be controlled.

The wiring is fairly simple. Connect power supply DC12V / 24V to terminal “INPUT”; connect motor to terminal “OUTPUT”.

I want to buy a controller which can control four 12 volt reversible motors. Is this possible with one of your products?

We recommend 8 channel 5 A RF remote control kit—S8CA-DC12 and 8 button transmitter —CV-8. It operates in 8 working modes and also used to control at most 8 on / off electrical devices. General speaking, it is widely applied to control every kind of lights, electrically operated doors / gates / windows / blinds and so on. The working distance is 500m. Normally open and closed connective terminals can connect to AC110~240V or DC0~28V power supply.

According to customer’s requirement, we try to show how to control 4 motors. Firstly, we prepare the following material.

The wiring is just a little complicated. Please see the wiring diagram below, B is common terminal. Each motor is supposed to be connected to B terminals of every two relays. A is normally closed terminal and C is normally open terminal. Connect terminal C to the positive and connect terminal B to the negative.

 

Operation

There are 8 working modes in it. Here we only choose the momentary mode for demonstration and control motors at random.

Control Motor 1

Press and hold button 1, motor rotates in positive direction; Release button 1, motor 1 stops. Press and hold button 2, motor rotates in reverse direction; Release button 2, motor 1 stops.

Control Motor 3

Press and hold button 5, motor rotates in positive direction; Release button 5, motor 3 stops. Press and hold button 6 motor rotates in reverse direction; Release button 6, motor 3 stops.
