6 Channel DC Remote Controller for 6 Amplifiers

David has a big square bunch of trees. He wants to buy 6 12VDC receivers and place 1 receiver connected to 1 amplifier in every corner of the trees. Then he will stay in the dark place and operate them with the remote control. Remote distance should be 100m.

So we recommend 6-channel receivers and 6-button transmitter (S6C-DC12-ANT2+CB-6) to David. This gadget will be more convenient for him. He can wire 6 amplifiers on one receiver. But he needs long wires to connect amplifiers and receiver because he need place in every corner of the trees. It can control lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors/locks/windows/blinds/cars or other appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V besides amplifiers. He can turn on/off the receiver with transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance; the wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors and doors. With adding external extended magnetic antenna, its working distance is up to 2000m (6000ft) in the open filed. Five choices for working mode: Toggle, Momentary or Latched, Momentary + Toggle, Momentary + Latched. But we suggest that you may use Toggle mode which features in “Press→On, Press again →Off”.

This is the wiring diagram. A&B terminals is normally open, B&C terminals is normally closed. We usually connect lamps to normally open terminals. So amplifiers are connected to B&C terminals from relay 1 to relay 6 one by one. And supply power to the receiver. Owing to no current output for lamps from receiver, so 6 amplifiers must be supplied other power together. (See the following picture)

circuit

He can choose toggle mode, he can do like this:

Press button 1 on remote, switch on channel 1 of receiver to turn on amplifier 1

Press button 1 again, switch off channel 1 of receiver to turn off amplifier 1

Press button 2 on remote, switch on channel 2 of receiver to turn on amplifier 2

Press button 2 again, switch off channel 2 of receiver to turn off amplifier 2

Press button 3 on remote, switch on channel 3 of receiver to turn on amplifier 3

Press button 3 again, switch off channel 3 of receiver turn off amplifier 3

Press button 4 on remote, switch on channel 4 of receiver to turn on amplifier 4

Press button 4 again, switch off channel 4of receiver turn off amplifier 3

DC Output Remote Controller for Customized Alarm System

One of our customers wants to customize an alarm system. He presented his own idea to us. He needs two receivers on the PCB, using transistor in the receiver instead of relay to reduce the consumption because he wants low consumption version when using that alarm. The PCB should be as small as possible. The alarm working current will be about 270ma. When press button one on the keyfob, receiver 2 is to open the switch to turn on receiver 1. Receiver 2 is to close the normally open contact(turn on the alarm) when receiver 2 receives a signal from the PIR and closed the alarm after 2 minutes.

Press button 1 again to open the contact (SILENCE THE ALARM)

Press button 2 to momentarily close the normally open contact (Test Alarm).

Requirement: Receiver must be acceptable for the first signal only no matter how many signals are sent during alarming time. It will receive signal again after reopening.

Paul's-ALARM-DESIGN-

As for his requirement, we retrofit one kind of our products. We use DC voltage output 1 channel remote controlled switch unit (S1X-DC12 & C-2 ) and PIR. We also provide infrared probe to him. Relay on the receiver has changed for transistor.

Here is the wiring picture.

Please pay attention to the picture he sent to us (original picture above), we make a little change, there are 4 point of wire junction, from the top down, we named them 1,2,3,4. We contact point 2 and 3 inside, so he doesn’t need to contact another wire to point 3 like the original picture. Picture 2 and 3 are material object connection diagram.

detail of connection

When remote control unit begins to work, the receiver will learn codes from transmitter and PIR.

PS: the receiver can only learn Transmitter and PIR one by one. Do not learn them simultaneously.

Remote Controller with 2 Relays Controls 220V and 12V Lamps Simultaneously

Question from customer:

What I am looking for is a controller with 220v input voltage, operating 2 relays simultaneously. One relay will open and close 220v, and the other relay open and close 12v. Push button once – ON, push button again – OFF. Can this RF controller be programmed so that both relays open and close with one same button of the remote controller?

Answer:

We recommend the normally open and closed contact remote receiver and one-button transmitter (S2U-AC220 +C-1). This normally open and closed contact is as the switch of device, that is to say, you can supply AC or DC power to the controlled device.

remote control unit

And we can set two relays to work with only one button by changing the software. Suppose we control one alternating current lamp and one direct current lamp simultaneously with one-button transmitter. This is the wiring diagram. A&B terminals is normally open, B&C terminals is normally closed. We usually connect lamps to normally open terminals. So 2 lamps are connected to B&C terminals of relay 1 and relay 2 respectively. And supply power to the receiver. Owing to no current output for lamps from receiver, so 2 lamps must be supplied power with different voltage individually as your requirement.

After switching on power, press button, two lamps are on simultaneously; press button again, two lamps are off at the same time.

Multi-Mode Motor Controller Controls DC Motor’s Rotation

Motor can be used in many places including home automation and industrial automation. Remote controlling always crosses our mind when we need to activate those motors. We specially design many kinds of controllers for motor remote controlling. This rf dc electric motor remote control system (S1FU-DC12&C-3-2) is suitable for the motors of rolling blinds / doors, awnings, winches, cranes or other home electrical devices and small industrial equipments. Working modes include toggle, momentary and latching. Easy to wire and operate. Its transmitting distance is about 100m (300ft).
