Control Baseball Scoreboard by 8 Button RF Remote

A scoreboard is an essential device that allows spectators and players to be able to know the score at every point in the game. This is very important for competition as teams usually strategize their games based on the information displayed on the scoreboard such as the time remaining in the game, which team is in the lead, and by how many points?

One customer tried to use our rf remote control system to control the baseball scoreboard. He needed an 8-button remote and he asked us to change the function of each button to what he wanted (seen in the picture below). He also wanted an 8-channel receiver. The receiver was supposed to be wired to the scoreboard. The remote controlled the scoreboard by controlling the receiver. The place he stood was about 400 FT away from the Scoreboard. So the transmitting distance of remote should be above 400 FT.

We recommend model 0020037 (S8CA-DC12 & CV-8) to him. It includes an 8-button remote transmitter and an 8-channel receiver. The theoretical transmitting distance is 500m. But in actual operation, it is hindered by trees, walls or other obstacles, or interfered by other signals. Therefore, the actual distance cannot reach 500m. So we suggest him add a external magnetic mount antenna model 0020909 to the receiver to get longer range.

How to Reverse Motor of Awning by Remote Controller?

One of our customers intended to buy a motor remote controller to control a 10amp 12v reversible motor of awning. We recommended model 0020317 (S1FC-DC12 & CV-4) to him.

Here we talk about how to reverse the motor of awnings by this motor remote controller.

Looking at the first picture, it is the electric reversing motor of awnings.

The second picture is our DC motor remote controller kit, including one transmitter and one receiver. It features forward-reverse-stop capability. You can rotate the motor in forward or reversal direction by transmitter from any place within about 500M, wireless signal pass through walls, floors and doors.

Button ▲ on transmitter & receiver is for forward direction.
Button ▼ on transmitter & receiver is for reversal direction.
Button ■ on transmitter & receiver is for stop.

From the third picture, you can see clearly the wire connection of receiver. Connect power supply “+” and “-” to the terminal “IN” and connect DC motor to the terminal “OUT”.

As the forth picture shown:
Press button ▲ on remote or receiver, motor rotates continuously in forward direction.
Press button ■ to stop the motor.
Press button ▼, motor rotates continuously in reversal direction.
Press button ■ to stop the motor.

One of our customers built a sliding panel mechanism to cover up the TV. It was started by an ac electric motor and he would like to add an remote to control it. We recommended him rf remote controller kit model of 0020318 (S1FC-AC220 & CV-4). It contains a remote transmitter and a receiver. Wire the electric motor to the receiver and it can be controlled by the remote transmitter.
