Wireless remote control 4 DC motors

We recommend the wireless remote control facility here. It is model: S4MC-DC12 & C-4. The receiver (S4MC-DC12) is 4 CH and power supply includes DC 09/12/24V. The transmitter (C-4) remote control receiver and working distance is 100m/300ft theoretically. The facility can remote control lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors/locks/windows/blinds/cars or other appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V. For example, you can connect 4 motors to receiver and use the wireless transmitter to remote control motor on/off.

receiver & transmitter

Here is the circuit diagram of receiver. You can connect 4 DC motors to B terminal of receiver. Then supply power to receiver. When you press the button of transmitter, the motor will turn on/off by wireless remote control.

circuit diagram

The wireless remote control facility has four control modes: toggle, momentary, latched, Momentary+Toggle. We introduce the Momentary+Toggle control mode as the operation:

If you want to set Momentary+Toggle control mode, you should connect jumper 1 and jumper 2.

Control mode Momentary (Channel 1, 2): Press and hold -> On; Release -> Off.

Press and hold button 1: Turn on motor 1 (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)

Release button 1: Turn off motor 1 (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)

Press and hold button 2: Turn on motor 2 (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)

Release button 2: Turn off motor 2 (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)

Control mode Toggle (Channel 3, 4): Press -> On; Press again -> Off.

Press button 3: Turn on motor 3 (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)

Press button 3 again: Turn off motor 3 (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)

Press button 4: Turn on motor 4 (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)

Press button 4 again: Turn off motor 4 (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)

Inverse Motor Controller for AC Motor

This kind of inversion momentary motor controller (S1FM-AC220 & CV-2-2) features in controlling ac motor of rolling blinds/ doors, window cover, projection screens, awnings, water pump, winches, conveyors or other appliances and mechanicals. It can always keep motor running in positive or reversal position if pressing and holding button ▲ or ▼ on remote or receiver. If you release the button, motor will stop. Its transmission distance is about 500m/1500ft theoretically.

transmitter&receiver

We’d like to show you how to wire and control AC motor.

We show prepare the following material:

1×Transmitter (CV-2-2)

1×Receiver (S1FM-AC220)

1×AC Motor

220V Power Supply

Wires

material

At first, we connect live wire to terminal “L” and neutral wire to terminal “N”. Then connect AC motor to terminals “UP”, “COMMOM” and “DOWN”. You can exchange “UP” and “DOWN” wires of motor to change the rotating direction of motor. Add power supply to receiver.
