2-Channel Momentary 6V Remote Switch for 6V Motor

We have 6V momentary remote controller to be promoted. It is designed for 6V electric devices specially.

This 2 channel wireless remote control momentary on off switch is widely applied to control on off electrical devices such like lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors / locks / windows / blinds, etc.

Now we’d like to show you how to remote control 6V motor. See the wiring diagram below, C is normally open terminal; A normally closed terminal and B common terminal. Connect terminal C to the positive and connect terminal A to the negative. Terminal B is supposed to be connected to the motor.

Note: The Power supply of receiver and motor must be provided individually in order to avoid interference between them.

12V Remote Control for 12V and 9V Motor Simultaneously

Question from customer:

I want to run a 12V dc winch that uses a car battery for power. I also want to run a small 9 volt dc motor. And small motor is powered by small calculation power supply. I wonder if there the remote controller which can be used for those two motor which need two different voltages to supply.

Answer:

This 2CH normally open/closed contact remote control kit (S2U-DC12+C-2) is very suitable for you. It operates in toggle, momentary, latched and toggle+momentary mode (set the mode as you like freely). You can use it to complete two operations at the same time. So it can control 12V and 9V motors in the meantime.

It is normally open/closed contact which is suitable for AC110~240V or DC0~28V. Two different devices can be connected to the remote control kit. Here is the wiring diagram. A&B terminals is normally closed, B&C terminals is normally open. We usually connect motors to normally open terminals. So 2 motors are connected to B&C terminals of relay 1 and relay 2 respectively. And supply power to the receiver. Owing to no current output for motors from receiver, so 2 motors must be supplied power with different voltage individually as your requirement.

In addition, its transmitter is 2-button style. Our suggestion is toggle mode for controlling two motors.  After switching on power, press button 1, turn on motor 1; press button 1 again, turn off motor1. Press button 2, turn on motor 2; press button 2 again, turn off motor 2.

Multi-Mode Motor Controller Controls DC Motor’s Rotation

Motor can be used in many places including home automation and industrial automation. Remote controlling always crosses our mind when we need to activate those motors. We specially design many kinds of controllers for motor remote controlling. This rf dc electric motor remote control system (S1FU-DC12&C-3-2) is suitable for the motors of rolling blinds / doors, awnings, winches, cranes or other home electrical devices and small industrial equipments. Working modes include toggle, momentary and latching. Easy to wire and operate. Its transmitting distance is about 100m (300ft).

2000m DC ON/OFF Switch Remote Control Motor

Question from Customer:

I seek a transmitter-receiver 12V to run a small motor away from 300~500 meters with operating on off.

Answer:

Our suggestion is this 1 channel 12V voltage output remote control gadget (S1X-DC12-ANT2 & CB-2). Single channel is for one device. 12V direct power output can supply power directly to the device which is controlled. User can turn on/off the receiver with transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance; the wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors and doors. The receiver, which mounts long range magnetic antenna, pairs with long distance transmitter to reach to 2000m in the open field.

remote control unit&motor

There are 3 control modes. They are Toggle, momentary and latched.

Setting control mode Toggle: Only connect Jumper-2.

1) Press big button: Turn on the relay.

Press big button again: Turn off the relay.

2) Setting control mode Momentary: Only connect Jumper-1.

Press and hold big button: Turn on the relay.

Release big button: Turn off the relay.

3) Setting control mode Latched: Do not connect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.

Press big button: Turn on the relay.

Press small button: Turn off the relay.

As regards controlling motor on and off, we suggest the latched mode. Latched mode is really favorable for long range controlling because big button on transmitter is for ON, small button is for OFF. If you want to turn on motor, you can press big more for many times to make sure that the motor is on. If you want to turn off motor, you can press small more for many times to make sure that the motor is off.

For the wiring, it is so simple. The following picture shows. Motor is connected to terminals A&B on the receiver. The receiver should be supplied 12V power. There is no need to supply power to motor because motor can get power from the receiver.

One Remote Controller Switch Two Different Voltage Motors in Positive and Reverse Rotation

Question from customer:

I want to control a dc motor that uses a 12 volt car battery and 5 amps. The second motor is 9 volts dc and 5 amps. Both motor needs to go forwards and reverse. What do you recommend I purchase to control both motors to allow forward and reverse direction?

Answer:

Our suggestion is 4 relay 12VDC RF on / off transmitter receiver (S4U-DC12+C-4). This kind of remote control is 4 channels with multi-modes, which includes toggle, momentary, latched and momentary+toggle. It is flexible choice for you. You can remote control one 12V actuated motor and one 9V actuated motor since the receiver is normally open and closed terminals. The working distance is about 100M. It is 10amps for each channel.

Please see the wiring diagram below, B is common terminal. 12V motor is supposed to be connected to B terminals of relay 2&3. A is normally closed terminal and C is normally open terminal. Connect terminal C to the positive and connect terminal A to the negative. 9V motor is connected to B&C terminals of relay 1&4.
