Momentary Motor Controller for Winch

Question from customer:

I really need some help.

I have a 220VAC 800W winch which is part of a product I am developing. I need a remote control with momentary function for running the motor back and forward. I have attached pieces of the hand held control that comes with the winch. The emergency switch shouldn´t be necessary since the command buttons will be momentary.

Do you have a model suited for my needs?

Answer:

We recommend ac 100~240V motor momentary remote control with manual switch on receiver (S1FM-AC220+CV-2-2) to you. It features in controlling motors of rolling blinds, doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, winches, conveyors or other appliances and mechanicals. It is also universal input: support voltage of AC110V (100V~120V), widely used in US, Canada… and voltage of AC220V (200V~240V), used in UK, France… You can rotate the motor in the positive or reversal direction with the transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance; the wireless signal can pass through walls, floors and doors.

Wiring:

Connect live wire to terminal “L” and neutral wire to terminal “N”. Then connect AC motor to terminals “UP”, “COMMOM” and “DOWN”. You can exchange “UP” and “DOWN” wires of motor to change the rotating direction of motor.

Operation:

Press and hold button ▲ on remote or receiver: Terminals UP and COMMOM directly output AC110V / AC220V; motor rotates continuously in positive direction. Release button ▲ on remote or receiver: Stop the motor.

Press and hold button ▼ on remote or receiver: Terminals DOWN and COMMOM directly output AC110V / AC220V; motor rotates continuously in reversal direction. Release button ▼ on remote or receiver: Stop the motor.

Note: Button ■ on receiver is useless.

DC Remote Module Controls AC Motors—12 Channel

RF remote control transmitter & receiver model of 0020204 (S12CA-DC09/12/24 & CV-12) includes one 12-button remote transmitter and one 12-channel receiver. Each remote button controls each channel of receiver on and off. It can be used to control at most 12 same or different on / off electrical devices. Remote distance is up to 500m. It is widely applied for remote controlling on / off electrical devices such as lights, fans, electric door locks, etc. When you want to control many devices with one transmitter, we think this multi-channel remote control is very favorable. It is powered by direct current (DC). But we still can use it to control alternating current (AC) motors here. We can not only switch on or off motors but also control them forward-reverse rotation.

We suggest setting “Momentary Mode” for motor control. Only connect Jumper-1. It is an easy operation.

Press and hold button 1, motor 1 rotates in positive direction. Release the button, motor stops.

S12CA-DC&CV-12 button 1 positive rotation

Press and hold button 2, motor 1 rotates in reversal direction. Release the button, motor stops.

S12CA-DC&CV-12 button 2 reverse rotation

Press and hold button 3, motor 2 rotates in positive direction. Release the button, motor stops.

S12CA-DC&CV-12 button 3 positive rotation

Press and hold button 4 , motor 2rotates in reversal direction. Release the button, motor stops.

10amp AC Remote Switch Controls AC Motors’ Rotation

This 6 channel AC triggered remote control is easy to install and use. It is capable of controlling lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors/locks/windows/blinds/cars or other appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V. As for 6 channels, it can control six devices simultaneously at most. With 500m working distance, you can turn on/off the receiver with transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance. The wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors, doors or other obstacles. Universal input: support voltage of AC110V (100V~120V), widely used in US, Canada… and voltage of AC220V (200V~240V), used in UK, France…
