Manual Switch and Transmitter of Digital Tube Circuit with Timed Controlling Function Control Motor

Digital tube circuit controller is 12VDC power activated. And motor can be wired to output terminals. The receiver and controlled device can share the same power supply. You can use manual switch or transmitter to remote control motor. In addition, with timing control function, you can preset designated time and when time is up, motor will rotate or stop automatically.

Here we talk about using the manual switch and transmitter to control motor.

Manual switch controlling:

Control positive, reverse rotation and stop of motor.

Working method: Move to “positive rotation” position, motor rotates in positive direction; move to “Stop” position, motor stops; move to “reverse rotation” position, motor rotates in reverse direction.

Remote Control with transmitter:

Insert pin to jumper: Press and hold the “▲” button, motor rotate in positive rotation; release the “▲” button, motor stops. Press and hold the “▼” button, motor rotates in reverse direction; release the “▼” button, motor stops.

Do not insert pin to jumper: Press the “▲” button, motor rotate in positive rotation; press the “■” button, motor stops. Press the “▼” button, motor rotates in reverse direction; press the “■” button, motor stops.

I have a ceiling mounted 110v hoist that I need to control wirelessly. It is currently controlled by hanging pendants. Please advise at to the proper wireless system.

Connect live wire to terminal “L” and neutral wire to terminal “N”. Then connect AC motor of hoist to terminals “UP”, “COMMOM” and “DOWN” directly. Or you can control your hoist through controlling hanging pendants. You can exchange “UP” and “DOWN” wires of motor to change the rotating direction of motor.

Press and hold button ▲ on remote : Terminals UP and COMMOM directly output AC110V / AC220V; motor rotates continuously in positive direction.

Release button ▲ on remote : Stop the motor.

Press and hold button ▼ on remote: Terminals DOWN and COMMOM directly output AC110V / AC220V; motor rotates continuously in reversal direction.

Release button ▼ on remote : Stop the motor.

The Application of Inversion Motor Remote Control

Question from customer:

I am trying to purchase a remote that will control a 20 amp 12volt dc motor in both directions momentarily. Could a remote be set with left and right arrows? The high power 2 channel option you have is close but I only require 1 motor to be controlled.

Answer:

We recommend the heavy duty motor remote model—0020526 (S1PF-DC12+1CV-2-2). It is designed to control DC motors of rolling blinds / doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, winches, conveyors or other appliances and mechanicals with voltage DC12V / 24V. The maximum working current is 30amp. So you will be satisfied with it. You can rotate the motor in positive or reversal direction with the transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance (within 500m/ 1500ft); the wireless signal can pass through walls, floors and doors.

The wiring is fairly simple. Connect power supply DC12V / 24V to terminal “INPUT”; connect motor to terminal “OUTPUT”.

Control mode Momentary: Only connect Jumper-1 (CN1) Press and hold button ▲: motor rotates in positive direction. Release button: motor stops

RF Remote Control System To Open / Close 6 Rolling Blinds

Question:

I would like to have a centralized rf remote control system to open or close 6 rolling blinds without going from here to there. The electric motor of blinds operates on 240V. Can you suggest something as a solution? Thanks.

You can order 6 receivers for motor remote control model of S1FC-AC220 (operating voltage range is AC 100V ~ 240V); 6 external magnetic antennas 0020909, which are respectively installed to each receiver for longer remote distance; and one remote transmitter CB-4.

As you see in the picture of remote, button A can be set to control motor of blinds forward direction; button C can be set to control reversal direction. Buttons B and D can be set to stop the rotation.

Wiring diagram is as follow:

Connect live wire to terminal “L” and neutral wire to terminal “N”. Then connect three wires of blind motor to terminals “UP”, “COMMON” and “DOWN”.

Press button A, 4 motors of blind rotate continuously in forward direction at the same time.
Press button B, rotation stops.
Press button C, 4 motors of blind rotate continuously in reversal direction at the same time.
Press button D, rotation stops.
