To protect my crops, I use a diffuser noise, I need to trigger distance 1000 meters without obstacles, all in 12 volts.

You can consider the wireless remote control facility according to your requirement. It is model: S1U-DC12 & CB-2. The receiver’s (S1U-DC12) working voltage includes DC 06/09/12/24V and it has external extend antenna. So remote control distance is 2000m/6000ft theoretically. The transmitter (CB-2) is 2 channels and it can remote control receiver. After you mount receiver to the diffuser, you can use the wireless transmitter remote control diffuser on/off.
Here is the circuit diagram of receiver. You can connect diffuser to “B & C” terminal of receiver. Then supply power to receiver. When you press the button of transmitter, the diffuser turns on/off by wireless remote control.
The wireless remote control facility has three control modes: toggle, momentary, latched. You can set any one of three modes as the operation:
When you connect jumper-2, it is toggle mode.
Control mode Toggle: Press -> On; Press again -> Off.
Press big button: Turn on diffuser (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)
Press big button again: Turn off diffuser (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)
When you connect jumper-1, it is momentary mode.
Control mode Momentary: Press and hold -> On; Release -> Off.
Press and hold big button: Turn on diffuser (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)
Release big button: Turn off diffuser (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)
When you don’t connect jumper-1 and jumper-2, it is latched.
Control mode Latched: Press -> On, other relays Off; Press another button -> Off.
Press big button: Turn on diffuser (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)
Press small button: Turn off diffuser (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)
