Manual button high power DC motor wireless remote controller

We introduce the wireless DC motor remote control equipment now. It is model: S1PF2-DC12 & CV-4-2. The receiver (S1PF2-DC12) is 30A high power and output voltage is DC 12/24V. The transmitter (CV-4-2) is 4 CH and remote control distance is 500m/1500ft theoretically. We can connect motor to receiver and use the wireless transmitter to remote control motor rotates in positive or reversal direction. Besides, the equipment can control DC motors of rolling blinds / doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, winches, conveyors or other appliances and mechanicals with voltage DC12V / 24V.

Here is the circuit diagram of receiver. You can connect one motor to OUTPUT terminal of receiver. Then connect DC 12/24V power supply to INPUT terminal. When you press the button of transmitter, the motor will rotate in positive or reversal direction by wireless remote control.

The wireless motor remote controller is inversion control mode: toggle, momentary. You can set any one of two control modes as the operation:

 

Setting control mode Latched: Connect Jumper (CN1)

Press button ▲ on remote: motor rotates in positive direction.

Press button ▼ on remote: motor rotates in reversal direction.

Press button ■ on remote: motor stops.

Or

Press button S3 on receiver: motor rotates in positive direction.

Press button S1 on receiver: motor rotates in reversal direction.

Press button S2 on receiver: motor stops.

 

Setting control mode Momentary: Do not connect Jumper

Press and hold button ▲ on remote: motor rotates in positive direction.

Release button: motor stops.

Press and hold button ▼ on remote: motor rotates in reversal direction.

Release button: motor stops.

Press and hold button S3 on receiver: motor rotates in positive direction.

Release button: motor stops.

Press and hold button S1 on receiver: motor rotates in reversal direction.

Release button: motor stops.

 

By the way, when the positive rotation is overdone, if the limit switch SG1 is activated, the motor will stop automatically.

When the reversal rotation is overdone, if the limit switch SG2 is activated, the motor will stop automatically.
