How to remote control a hydraulic lift up or down by wireless transmitter & receiver?

Can you recommend a system? I need use to provide momentary control of a hydraulic lift, up and down. It will need two transmitters and 120 v ac is preferred.

 

Answer:

We advise you use the wireless system by remote control. It is model: S1FM-AC220 & 1CV-2-2. The receiver (S1FM-AC220) is momentary control mode and can control a motor running. The transmitter (1CV-2-2) can wireless remote control the receiver through launching wireless RF signal to receiver and its working distance is 500m/1500ft theoretically. That means if you are within the distance, you can remote control the hydraulic by using the wireless transmitter. Of course firstly you need to connect receiver and the motor of hydraulic. Then when you press the button of the transmitter, the motor will positive rotation or reversal rotation. So you can remote control the hydraulic up or down by using the transmitter.

Besides, the wireless system can control motors of rolling blinds / doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, winches, conveyors or other appliances and mechanicals. You just need to connect the motor of appliance and receiver, then press the button of the transmitter. You can turn on/off the appliance by wireless remote control.

 

This is the usage about the wireless remote control system. It just has one control mode: Momentary. You can operate the system according to following processes:

Press and hold button ▲ on transmitter or receiver: Terminals UP and COMMOM directly output AC110V / AC220V; motor rotates continuously in positive direction, the hydraulic is up.
Release button ▲ on transmitter or receiver: Stop the motor.

Press and hold button ▼ on transmitter or receiver: Terminals DOWN and COMMOM directly output AC110V / AC220V; motor rotates continuously in reversal direction, the hydraulic is down.
Release button ▼ on transmitter or receiver: Stop the motor.

      Here is the circuit diagram of receiver. Firstly you should connect live wire to terminal “L” and neutral wire to terminal “N”.Then connect one AC motor of the hydraulic to terminals “UP”, “COMMOM” and “DOWN”. By the way, you can exchange “UP” and “DOWN” wires of motor to change the rotating direction of motor. Finally supply power to the receiver. The hydraulic can be remote control up or down through pressing the button of wireless transmitter.

How to Remote Control Lamp By External Jog Switches And Wireless Transmitter

I need the receiver S2PX-AC220 in which there are two manual switches. I can solder external jog switches to the circuit board of the receiver. Can you send me a picture of which connection point the wires should be soldered to?

How to control lamp by external jog switches? Please follow steps below.

Step 1: Connect the external jog switches to the manual switches and prepare some gadgets.

At first we need two red wires and two black ones. A red wire and a black one should be connected to manual switch S1 and S2 respectively according to the picture above. Then we can solder the external jog switch to the red and black wire on basis of the following picture.

Here you can use 1 channel momentary controller (S1FM-AC220+CV-2-2) to remote control your hydraulic lift up and down.

This kind of controller has inversion control mode. It is 10 amps of its maximum current and 500m working distance. The operation is also very easy.

It is model: 6S2UB-AC220+1CV-12. The receiver (6S2UB-AC220) has two relays in it and the transmitter (1CV-12) has 12 buttons on it. You can wireless remote control 6 receivers by one transmitter. Here is the circuit diagram of the receiver with AC voltage and DC voltage. You can connect two AC lamps to the terminal in every AC220V receiver and connect two DC lamps to the “B & C” terminal in every DC 24V receiver. Then supply power to 6 receivers. When you press the buttons, you can turn on/off these AC or DC lamps by using one transmitter wireless remote control.

Answer:

We provide you with the wireless vibrating pager (Z-02 & 2C-1). Z-02 is the vibration receiver. C-1 is the transmitter. The receiver wirelessly remote control the transmitter by RF signal that can pass through walls, floors and doors. You can install the vibration receiver in the office. Two transmitters are placed in two conference rooms respectively. When the occupiers need your help, he /she presses the button on the transmitter; you could get there as soon as you hear the vibrations.

There are four working modes in the receiver. That is to say, the vibrator can vibrate once, twice, three times, four times. We advise you choose once-vibrating mode and four times-vibrating mode in order to better distinguish between the vibration frequency of vibrators, When one conference room occupant need summon you back, he/she presses the button on the transmitter; you can immediately rush to the meeting room when you hear the receiver vibrating once. If you hear the receiver vibrating four times, you can go to the other conference room.

Please look at receiver internal structure below. There are antenna, vibrator, battery, LED light, and button in the wireless vibration receiver. The reliable distance is 50M with the antenna.

One of the most remarkable features is the function of learning codes. There are the specific steps below.

Procedure:

1) Press the learning button of the receiver, LED light is on, the receiver is in the status of LEARNING.

2) Press any button of remote control within 7 seconds, if LED light flashes twice slowly then off, it means LEARNING is successful.

If LED light is off after 7 seconds, it means LEARNING is failed and the receiver quits the status of LEARNING.

3) The receiver can learn several remote controls of different codes.
