How to Remote Control Lamp By External Jog Switches And Wireless Transmitter

We have a new remote control, you can use external jog switches to control electrical equipment, and electric device can be controlled with a wireless transmitter. Let us know the new product by customer’s question.

I need the receiver S2PX-AC220 in which there are two manual switches. I can solder external jog switches to the circuit board of the receiver. Can you send me a picture of which connection point the wires should be soldered to?

How to control lamp by external jog switches? Please follow steps below.

Step 1: Connect the external jog switches to the manual switches and prepare some gadgets.

At first we need two red wires and two black ones. A red wire and a black one should be connected to manual switch S1 and S2 respectively according to the picture above. Then we can solder the external jog switch to the red and black wire on basis of the following picture.

Preparing some gadgets: lamps, receiver S2PX-AC220 with external magnetic antenna, transmitter C-2, power plug

Step2: Wire the gadgets together according to the picture below.

Step3: Control the lamps to turn on and off by the external jog switches.

Press external jog switch 1: Turn on lamp 1,
Press external jog switch 1 again: Turn off lamp 1.

Press external jog switch 2: Turn on lamp 2,
Press external jog switch 2 again: Turn off lamp 2.

1 Channel Momentary Controller Control Hydraulic Lift Up and Down

Here you can use 1 channel momentary controller (S1FM-AC220+CV-2-2) to remote control your hydraulic lift up and down.

This kind of controller has inversion control mode. It is 10 amps of its maximum current and 500m working distance. The operation is also very easy.

Connect live wire to terminal “L” and neutral wire to terminal “N”. Then connect AC motor to terminals “UP”, “COMMON” and “DOWN”. You can exchange “UP” and “DOWN” wires of motor to change the rotating direction of motor.

Press and hold button ▲ on remote or receiver: Terminals UP and COMMON directly output AC110V / AC220V; motor rotates continuously in positive direction.

Release button ▲ on remote or receiver: Stop the motor.

Press and hold button ▼ on remote or receiver: Terminals DOWN and COMMON directly output AC110V / AC220V; motor rotates continuously in reversal direction.

12 channel wireless transmitter remote control 6 receivers with AC & DC voltage

In general, one transmitter controls one receiver. But now if you want to wireless remote control several receivers by one transmitter, you can consider the equipment.

It is model: 6S2UB-AC220+1CV-12. The receiver (6S2UB-AC220) has two relays in it and the transmitter (1CV-12) has 12 buttons on it. You can wireless remote control 6 receivers by one transmitter. You press one of 12 buttons on the transmitter, then one of 6 receivers can be controlled. Besides, the transmitter can control 6 receivers with different voltage. For example, you can choose 3 receivers of DC 24 volt and 3 receivers of AC220 volt. But the DC 24 V receiver’s model is S2UB-DC24. Setting control mode Toggle: Only connect Jumper-2.

Control mode Toggle: Press -> On; Press again -> Off.

Press button 2 again: Turn off relay 2 of Receiver 1 (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)

Press button 11: Turn on relay 1 of Receiver 6 (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)
Press button 11 again: Turn off relay 1 of Receiver 6 (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)
Press button 12: Turn on relay 2 of Receiver 6 (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)
Press button 12 again: Turn off relay 2 of Receiver 6 (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)

Here is the circuit diagram of the receiver with AC voltage and DC voltage. You can connect two AC lamps to the terminal in every AC220V receiver and connect two DC lamps to the “B & C” terminal in every DC 24V receiver. Then supply power to 6 receivers. When you press the buttons, you can turn on/off these AC or DC lamps by using one transmitter wireless remote control.
