Remote Controlling 2 LED Lamps On and Off Simultaneous

Question from customer:

I need to be able to remotely turn on/off two 100W 12V lights at the same time. All lights ON and all lights OFF at the same time. Each light has its own 12V power and none of the lights can be wired together. Do you have a solution?

Answer:

It is possible. We recommend you the two 1 channel DC power output RF Latched receivers (S1XL-DC12) and the 500M transmitter (CP-2). This is the direct current triggered receiver, which is also supplied power to the controlled device. As regards the latched working mode, it is motivated by relay group. When you control the lamp by latched mode, you should prepare at least two buttons remote. Press button 1, the lamp is on; press button 2, the lamp is off. We will set them with the same code, when you can connect two lights to these 2 receivers, you can press big button on the CP-2 to turn on 2 lights at the same time, and you can press small button to turn off 2 lights at the same time.

We made a presentation. Look at the material.

DC Remote Module Controls AC Motors—12 Channel

RF remote control transmitter & receiver model of 0020204 (S12CA-DC09/12/24 & CV-12) includes one 12-button remote transmitter and one 12-channel receiver. Each remote button controls each channel of receiver on and off. It can be used to control at most 12 same or different on / off electrical devices. Remote distance is up to 500m. It is widely applied for remote controlling on / off electrical devices such as lights, fans, electric door locks, etc. When you want to control many devices with one transmitter, we think this multi-channel remote control is very favorable. It is powered by direct current (DC). But we still can use it to control alternating current (AC) motors here. We can not only switch on or off motors but also control them forward-reverse rotation.

AC Motors are Controlled by DC Remote

Nowadays, motors are found in applications as diverse as industrial fans, pump, household appliances, tools and other devices, which can be powered by direct current (DC) or alternating current (AC) source. Of course, we can also remote control motors of those devices above to switch on or off of devices, even the forward-reverse rotation. When you want to control many motors with one transmitter, we think multi-channel remote control is very favorable.

8 channel dc triggered RF remote transmitter & receiver operates in 8 working modes. It can be used to control at most 8 on / off electrical devices. With characteristics of strong anti-interference, reverse power protection and over current protection. Three voltages dc9v, dc12v and dc24v are provided to choose. It is widely applied to control every kind of lights, electrically operated doors / gates / windows / blinds and so on.

Remote Control Pump Instantly

Question from customer:

I want to remote control a water pump in the upstairs garden on and off from my kitchen which requires a momentary start signal. The pump has its own power from 110/120V AC and timed operation. Would you like to recommend me any favorable remote control switches?

Answer:

We recommend you 1 channel AC remote control (S1M-AC220+C-1). This 1 channel RF wireless remote control switch system is triggered by AC power (100V~240V)and allows you to control your lights, garage doors, fans, motors, cars…within about 100 meters distance. The receiver is direct power output. Power supply for the receiver and the water pump are the same. It means that you don’t have to prepare another power supply for water pump operation.

1_01

Wiring program is as follow:

Wire water pump to the zero wire and live wire (terminals 3&4). Then supply 100V~240V to the receiver.

circuit2

Operation:

Press button and hold: Turn on relay, terminals 3 and 4 output AC power. The water pump can be activated.

Release button: Turn off relay, terminals 3 and 4 no output. The water pump will stop working.

220V Motor Remote Module Controls Winch with Time Delay Function

Question from customer:

I want a remote control to control a trolley winch. How can I add automatic stop sensors or switches to stop the motor when it gets to each end of the track?

trolley winch

Answer:

Actually, you don’t need to choose automatic stop sensors or switches to stop your motor because this AC power RF time delay motor remote controller (S1FD-AC220+CA-4) features forward-reverse-stop capability and limit switch function. You can rotate the motor in positive or reversal direction by transmitter from any place within a reliable distance, wireless signal pass through walls, floors and doors. With time delay function, the working time of positive/reversal rotation can be adjusted from 10 to 60 seconds. It is suitable for the motors of rolling blinds / doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, winches, conveyors or other appliances and mechanicals.

remote controller

The receiver pairs with transmitter. You can press buttons on the receiver or transmitter to control motor as you like.

Here is the wiring. Connect the live wire to the “L”, and the zero wire to the “N”. Connect AC motor to the “OUT” and the zero wire. You can exchange output wires of motor to change the rotating direction of motor. There two limit switches”S1”&”S2”, if the motor is overdone, you can activate those switches to stop motor.

circuit

The usage of this control kit is very simple.

Press button ▲ on the receiver or remote: motor rotates in the positive direction, and it will stop after a certain delay time.

Press button ▼on the receiver or remote: motor rotates in the reversal direction, and it will stop after a certain delay time.

The delay time of positive / reverse rotation can be adjusted from 10 to 60 seconds.

Turn R1/R2 clockwise, prolong the delay time. Turn R1/R2 anti-clockwise, shorten the delay time. When you press button ▲ or button ▼, the motor starts to rotate; it will stop after the delay time is expired.

After press button ▲, you must press button ■ to stop the motor firstly, and then press button ▼.

If you pull out the Jumper of the receiver, you can press directly button ▼ after press button ▲.
