Infrared Movement Sensors for Lighting Control

Motion sensor, we also can say occupancy sensor, which is used in corridor, staircase or other dim places for electric lighting control. If there is motion being detected, it is assumed that the place is not empty, and thus needs to be lit. When there is no motion, the light will go out automatically after preset delay time. Light turning off to some extent can save substantial amounts of energy. We will try to control 2 led lamps with 2 infrared movement detectors (W-01) and AC activated receiver with time delay function (S2DA-AC220). The working distance of wireless signal is 100m (open field). The detection distance of motion detector is 10m. The RF receiver is an adjustable time delay receiver. This delay time is user-selectable. Delay time can be adjusted as you like within 0 second~99 hours.

Note: Don’t install 2 infrared motion detectors within a small space because of generation of interference.

The wiring and operation pictures are as follows:

Wire 2 lamps to the rf receiver.

Lamps Control Automation by Motion Detectors

Motion sensors are often used in indoor spaces to control electric lighting. If no motion is detected, it is assumed that the space is empty and no people activities, and thus does not need to be lit. We will try to make motion detector 2 led lamps with 2 infrared movement detector (W-01) and RF receiver with time delay function (S2DA-DC12). The working distance of motion detector is 100m (open field). The detection distance is 10m. The RF receiver is an adjustable time delay receiver. This delay time is user-selectable. Delay time can be adjusted as you like within 0 second~99 hours. Then lamps turning off automatically after delay time in such circumstances can save substantial amounts of energy.

Note: Don’t install 2 infrared motion detectors within a small space because of generation of interference.

Mobile Phone WIFI Controller for Drawer Lock—Android App

When you unlock your drawer lock, maybe you will take out the mechanical key and unlock the mechanical drawer lock as usual. At this very moment, have you imaged that you can use mobile WIFI to unlock drawer lock? It is quite convenient, easy and leisurely. Mobile phone WiFi controller, which is our brand new product, is working at WiFi network which has 8 relays to connect 8 devices. With external extended antenna, it is a long distance controller. Another advantage of it is to penetrate through walls, doors or other obstacles. Let’s see how to do with it.

wifi remote controldrawer lock

First, we prepare materials and do some wiring.

WiFi controller (WF-8-1R)

1×mobile phone (Android System)

1×electric drawer lock

Power supply

Some lines

WF-8-1R material

This is the simple wiring. We connect drawer lock to the receiver’s power with lines. That is to say ,the receiver can supply power to drawer lock.

WF-8-1R wiring

After simple wiring, we switch on the power. The power LED light is on. With the shining of the WiFi start-up LED light, we turn on WiFi of mobile phone. The WiFi connection status LED light is on. We press the control software installed in the mobile phone and press the ”Connect”.

WF-8-1R connection

Press button 1, drawer is unlocked; Open the drawer.

WF-8-1R unlock

Press button 1 again, lock the drawer.

Ignite Light in Beacon by Remote Control

In ancient time, beacon is fire or smoke which is made in the beacon tower to alert fellow soldiers for military purpose. Nowadays, beacon is usually built at the dock or located on the water to help guide navigators to their destination for safety purpose. If you were the beacon tower administrator, did you think about remote controlling of light in beacon tower? Someone said,“I’m looking for a system which can remotely control (200m max) ignition of a beacon in 24 V dc”.

beacon2

We recommend him the model of single channel 24V power output RF remote (S1X-DC24-ANT2 +1CB-2). Single channel is for one device. 24V direct power output can supply power directly to the device which is controlled. User can turn on/off the receiver with transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance; the wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors and doors. The receiver, which mounts long range magnetic antenna, pairs with long distance transmitter to reach to 2000m in the open field.

remote control

There are 3 control modes. They are Toggle, momentary and latched.

Setting control mode Toggle: Only connect Jumper-2.

1) Press big button: Turn on the relay.

Press big button again: Turn off the relay.

2) Setting control mode Momentary: Only connect Jumper-1.

Press and hold big button: Turn on the relay.

Release big button: Turn off the relay.

3) Setting control mode Latched: Do not connect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.

Press big button: Turn on the relay.

Press small button: Turn off the relay.

As regards controlling beacon, we suggest the latched mode. Press big button to turn on beacon light, press small button to turn off the light.

For the wiring, it is so simple. The following picture shows. Lamp is connected to terminals A&B on the receiver. The receiver should be supplied 12V power. There is no need to supply power to lamp because lamp can get power from the receiver.

RF Heavy Duty Remote Module for High Power Relay

One customer came to us to find a 12V high power remote which is able to turn on or off a relay 12V30A. He said that he has tried other brand products but they didn’t work well because they were not high power and didn’t activate his relay. He is wondering whether there are any favorable products at our end.

We recommend this model of wireless high power remote switch (S1PU-DC12+2C-2) to him.

remote controlRelay

One channel is for one device. It is favorable for the device which working current is 30A. Control Lights, Motors, Fans, electrically operated Doors/ Locks/Windows/Blinds/Cars or Other Appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V.

You can turn on/off the receiver with transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance; the wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors and doors. There are three working mode for your choice. They are Toggle, momentary and latched modes.

Setting control mode Toggle: Only connect Jumper-1.

Press button 1: Turn on the relay

Press button 1 again: Turn off the relay

Setting control mode Momentary: Only connect Jumper-2.

Press and hold button 1: Turn on the relay

Release button 1: Turn off the relay

Setting control mode Latched: Disconnect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.

Press button 1: Turn on the relay

Press button 2: Turn off the relay

As for wiring, please see the wiring diagram. A,B terminals are normally open; A,C terminals are normally close. So being controlled device should be connected to A,B terminals. This device can be activated by dc 0~28V or ac 110~240V. Besides this, the receiver should be supplied dc 12V power supply.
